The person I spoke to was amazing, he listened to my problem and he was able to resolve it for me.

Spoke to lovely guy, think he said his name was Nazier but not sure. Anyway he was very patient with me , explained things well and answered any questions I had . I was happy with quote I got given so it was a no brainer!

Quickly through to a human at a UK call centre who was quick & knowledgeable and easy to deal with - even with a complex issue he fixed it in these than 1 minute, whilst previous insurer was a semi-automated bot with hours of frustration! Exceptionally good service

Expanse with AA insurance was very very very easy and straight forward. Expecially towards the end with the silver gold and bronze package
