Easy-to-compile house insurance application format offering comprehensive cover to suit individual specification requirements.
The application process was slightly marred however by a somewhat unclear buying /payment sequence which requires reading of extensive text documentation prior to reaching the final “buy” stage and which would benefit from a preamble advising of the extensive text viewing requirement prior to purchase.
Overall, it appears to be a comprehensive and value for money house insurance product.

Getting through was fairly easy and I didn’t have to wait too long. The lady was very very patient with me and talked me through everything . I then phoned back later in the day to accept the plan the lady who dealt with me was also very nice and patient again I’m not good with this tech stuff.i was also please d that they were both English and I didn’t have to keep asking to repeat themselves
