ABSOLUTLEY AWEFUL SERVICE. I started a van policy on the 1st September, they then proceeded to cancel the policy on the 3rd September but didn't think it was a good idea to tell me. 3 weeks later I found out, and when I called them they're answer was 'don't worry, there is no charge'. If you don't want to get pulled over for no insurance, DO NOT USE THEM

I tried to renew ,may insurance
I tried to renew ,may insurance. I could not log in as I was unable to reset my password. You no longer give a telephone number to contact. I had to go home and find on old document to phone ; by that time it was 12.10 and you would not allow me to renew . The new policy is over twice the price which I will be cancelling once I have time to arrange alternative cover. Very poor service.

Purchased cover from Autonet as they quoted alot less than my current insurers, it doesn't pay to stay so I research 1 month prior to renewal to find the best deals.

Shame no multi-car offering
A good price for one car but no multi-car offer and second car info had to be entered from start, resulting eventually in a very uncompetitive price. But worth 3 to 4 stars for the original price.

Dishonest tactics, purposefully making simple actions difficult, turned on autorenew with no way to change it without calling someone or queuing for an agent during business hours.
I seleceted to NOT AUTORENEW when I made my policy, youve increased my insurance by £100 this year as the classic insurance grift and I have to get in touch with some vapid live chat agent after dealing with an AI chatbot within business hours to change it.
Its blatant trickery and youve made it intentionally incredibly difficult to STOP AUTO RENEW (which was selected as off when I made my policy) in an attempt to have people forgetting.
I have been on a chat with a virtual agent for 5 minutes before getting put into a queue with 0 timer and no updates to speak to a human agent to simply STOP AUTO RENEW
