AlphaOmega Glasses Repair Recensioni

David was absolutely fantastic! I brought in a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses that other places said couldn’t be repaired, but David sorted them out quickly and perfectly. Super friendly and helpful from start to finish. While I was there, I also picked up a pair of lovely Ray-Bans for my wife! They have a really great range of products. The whole experience was smooth, fast, and way beyond what I expected. Would highly recommend David and the team!

“I had an excellent experience getting my glasses repaired with alpha omega! The service was fast and professional, Sent my glasses back within 24hrs and my glasses were restored to like-new condition. The staff was friendly, and they took the time to explain what needed to be done. Over the phone Im so grateful. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing quality glasses repair!”

Sent off two pairs of specs for repair. One snapped in half at the nose, the other a very delicate titanium steel frame broken where the arm connected to the lens frame. Very pleased with the service and the quality of the job. Many thanks AlphaOmega.

I was truly blown away by the most extraordinary customer service, clear and swift communication and unbelievably speedy and skilled service and repair. This is the very best customer care and service I’ve experienced in years, they put all other businesses to shame. Highly recommended. Bravo to the entire team, not just the best in the business, the best in any business. Thank you.

Easy to post, returned, like new, in an instant.

Perfect service

What a fantastic service. They replaced the broken lenses in my Oliver Peoples sunglasses fast and efficiently and at a great price. As previously said in these reviews, I cannot praise them enough. Bob

My Optician informed me my two pairs of glass's were beyond repair! I sent a photo of both through the website and received a quote within 20 mins.
I sent straight away and they were returned good as new within 48 hours!!
What a find, fantastic service all round

A loose hinge on a pair of Chanel sunglasses repaired perfectly.
Posted them on Thursday afternoon, had them back on Saturday morning!

Faultless service, thank you

Such a simple online process and my glasses are now even better than when I bought them! The turnaround time and redelivery was also super quick, I honestly cannot rate this company and the service highly enough.

This is the second time I’ll be using their services. And it’s greats again I submitted my glasses on a Friday and got it back on Tuesday all fixed and they cleaned it also. Top work guys thanks for the great service again.

I am absolutely delighted with the repair to my Ray-Ban sunglasses.
Although over twenty years old, they have come back like new.

Incredible service; swift & efficient. Delighted with the repair to my favourite Italian bought glasses (practically invisible) which were delivered back to me within 48 hrs of receipt.

Excellent service from start to finish and super fast turn around time

Very professional service. Had an issue and needed to travel to site for a same day repair. The team couldn't be more helpful and the repair was carried out whilst I waited. Do not look anywhere else for your repair.

Was quickly given quote for repairing snapped hinge on arm of glasses. No hidden costs, repair plus premium postage. Optician not interested, mega expense for new specs. Posted late on 19th December, received back Christmas eve. Impressive hidden repair, signed for return delivery. I had minor query and phoned. the call was answered and reassuringly dealt with. Happy customer.

I have had glasses repaired three times over the years with AlphaOmega, always perfect every time.

I live relatively close by, so came in to drop them off to be told that if I can wait they would be done right away, within 15 minutes the nose pad and arm had been replaced and they were as good as new

Great experience from start to finish - easy and quick quote via the website which was good value and competitive compared to others, a couple of courier options, a quick turnaround time and a good repair (arm hinge and arm had broken away). Will use again when needed!

Where do I start, I’d have given 10 stars if possible! I’d Cocoa Song framed glasses for just over a year and the leg snapped, where I got them couldn’t do anything - I’d need to start again. I did buy new glasses however because I liked them so much investigated online and found Alpha Omega, the response was quick and informative, I sent my specs on Thursday afternoon, received an acknowledgment on Friday which advised they’d be despatched back later that day, they arrived this morning Saturday- perfect again, can’t praise this company enough.

I emailed a photo of my damaged glasses and promptly received a quote and information on progressing the repair. Posted the glasses on 03/12/24 and received them back on 05/12/24 and back in use - I am delighted by the value for money (especially when you take into account how much a new pair of varifocals will set you back) and efficient service offered by AlphaOmega.

What an amazing outcome! I sat on my glasses which was only 3 months old. The arms were bent and it didn’t look possible to repair. Alpha Omega came to rescue. I packaged the glasses and sent them by post. I got them back, good as new. Thank you.
