Absolutely fantastic! Had new nose piece soldered to my Ray Ban prescription glasses as one had come away. They were done very very quickly and received back in 48hrs looking like brand new! I am so happy and would highly recommend! Thank you so much

Snapped my otherwise immaculate Ray Ban Wayfarers in two across the bridge. Sent them off to Repair Glasses on Monday, had them back by Friday and I genuinely can't see the join!
No-nonsense £25 fee saved me paying out to replace them. Fantastic job - highly recommended.

This is a serious, legitimate business - have no fear of sending in your glasses. If you pay for express post in both directions (quite cheap), you should have your all-important glasses back in 3-4 days. I broke the bridge on my glasses after leaning on them once too often - the welding repair is nearly invisible and after 3 months of constant wear is holding up beautifully, despite the bridge being extremely thin and delicate. Lovely.

I have sent my glasses here three times over the last 12 months or so. I sat on them twice and had an RTC once whereby the airbag knocked the lenses out and cracked the frame / bent the arm. Every time they come back like new a few days later like magic. A really outstanding company.

Matt has adjusted / repaired numerous pairs of specs for me at minimum cost and is much more helpful than high street opticians.

I can’t recommend Matt and his sunglass repair service highly enough. He accepted a repair job that most places wouldn’t even consider, and it was clear from the start that it wasn’t going to be an easy fix. Despite the challenge, Matt took it on with confidence, skill, and real attention to detail.
The result was outstanding—far better than I expected. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely takes pride in their work, but Matt absolutely does. Fantastic service, great communication.

Matt could not have been more helpful, considerate and professional. He took my glasses on with a broken molded nose pad, I had though irreparable, but after a few photos he asked me to send, he replied with a couple of options. I sent the glasses off and he kindly rang me to update me of the repair and posted them back to me within a few days of me sending them out to him! He is trusting and so very skilled. I cannot recommend him and his business enough. He had also polished the frames and they were like brand new! So grateful.

The whole process was smooth and easy, and I was amazed at how quickly my glasses were fixed and returned to me. They did an excellent job — my glasses came back looking perfect! WOW, what can I say about this company! 5 stars does not seem sufficient! I foolishly sat on my expensive prescription glasses and snapped the frame across the bridge. After various attempts trying to fix them myself I gave up hope and resigned myself to the fact I would need to buy new £500 glasses!
My husband Google searched and found this company and what an amazing company they are!
After I had posted them and paid for "special delivery" I called and spoke to Matt to explain the situation, he assured me that he would do everything he could to get my glasses back to me ASAP as I didn't have a spare pair!
Firstly, he collected them early the next day from his local mail centre so he could prioritise the repair. Secondly he called me to say that he had successfully fixed them and posted them back to me, thirdly, he gave me the tracking number so I could keep an eye on updates, the final thing was how amazing the repair was when I received the glasses back, just 48 hours after posting them (Thursday to Saturday) to "Repair Glasses".
The repair was barely visible, the lenses were sparkling and he had even tightened up the arms!
The customer service Matt provided was OUTSTANDING and he went above and beyond for me!
I would 200% recommend his company and I would like to say a MASSIVE thanks to Matt!

Matt is AMAZING! I sent off my Prada Sunglasses on Tuesday evening (paid for quicker postage) and got them back this afternoon (Thursday). Such a quick turn around and the look brand new again (I've had them for 3 years now).

They were beggining to look mat and worn out but now they're back to looking pretty much brand new, so grateful! Thank you so so so much 🩵

A really beautiful job on my glasses - one arm broke off then the other one. I am so very grateful to Matt at Repair Glasses! He told me I could post them to him and he would do what he could. The day I was due to send off my glasses, the payment option had gone wrong on the website. I filled in a contact form, received a speedy reply to say the problem had occurred overnight. Matt said to post the glasses with my contact details inside, that they'd fix them and would then ring me to pay over the phone. This was on Wednesday. He phoned me on Thursday, I paid and got them back on Friday, in time for my Dad's funeral. Incredible service! I've been telling everyone I know about them! Would highly recommend!

Used Repair Glasses twice now, once for a broken lens, second time to update our existing lenses with updated prescriptions - could not have been any more professional , timely and cost at 1/3 of the price we paid originally. Will 100% be using them again if needed

Super quick return of glasses all repaired. Had my first repair to nose arm done. Unfortunately broke within a month. Emailed them and they got back to me really quick saying the repair had a warranty so they fixed it free of charge. Sent them Tuesday, back in my hand repaired by Friday. Thanks very much. Would recommend to anyone that needs a repair.
