I love my trusty Oakley Square Wires - and obtained multifocal lenses to convert them from sunnies into my all-day specs. Unfortunately, the alloy frame and arms had become a bit wonky over time and needed 'truing up'. From experience this is not something I expected a high street optician to easily resolve for this design of frame.

I was a bit worried sending them off for servicing, but read the testimonials relating a positive experience and speedy turnaround - and am very happy with the results.

Well worth the £30 (plus postage) to get them sorted out and paying extra for the postage gave some peace of mind. The fit is back to the way it should be and no pressure point above my right ear!

I originally purchased my glasses from vision express. These were half framed thin lens frames. Both lenses fell out when the strings broke.

I went to Vision Express to get them repaired and I was told that was not possible.

I contacted Alpha Omega and within three days I had my glasses back not only repaired, but also the frames had been adjusted!

What a find! Sat on a pair of Oliver Peoples and snapped one of the arms off. I had Oakley x metal Juliet sunglasses needing a repair the bridge on the nose was loose. Alpha omega fixed my sunglasses fast & cleaned the lenses as well. The sunglasses repair was excellent & the box was packed well to protect sunglasses from damage the repair price was reasonable they kept me updated with the repair work by email. Brilliant repair job & excellent service.

I had some damaged ray bans and I couldn’t get them fixed at the high street opticians . I found this company on google and it’s amazing . I sent my glasses Monday and they was back Wednesday ! I would highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Posted off my Ray Ban Aviator sunglasses as they had a smashed lense. Both lenses replaced and returned to me within 2 weeks. Very happy. Highly recommend.

I had a pair of Stepper titanium frames repaired. Unfortunately, the repair gave way but AlphaOmega agreed without quibble to rectify the problem. I posted my frames on a Thursday and had them back fixed by Saturday morning. This is what first class customer service looks like.

Ive been trying to get my favourite Raybans repaired now for about 2 years after I sat on them. I’ve tried numerous places and everyone of them has said unrepairable and it was just by chance I saw this company online. I got them back the same week and I couldn’t believe what an unbelievable job they’d made of them. They fitted my face perfect again and only charged me £30 for what I thought was a right off. Do not waste time searching, just let these guys sort them out, because they are the best.

Really pleased with the service. I had a pair of Ray-Bans repaired after scratching one of the lenses, and the company communicated really well throughout. They replaced the lenses with genuine Ray-Ban lenses and did an excellent job.

The glasses are now as good as new, at less than half the cost of replacing them. I would happily recommend them to others.

My partner broke his glasses, we took them to the opticians but they said they were not repairable. Sent them alpha omega who provided a first class service, he received them back within 4 days. You wouldn’t know they had been damaged. Will definitely use this service again.
