Order my turf, and when I was delivered it clearly was in a state.
Once laid down it is still dark black in 80%
I have contact topsoil and been told it should have been laid within 24 hours..
Which majority was done but the state it arrived in, it was clearly sitting around for days to become in the state it was delivered in.
It had rained a lot in the week prior to delivery so that’s why it was saturated

Perfection. I can not fault my experience with this company.Good communications and delivery on time with quality top soil and turfs.My experience tells me that a lot depends on weather conditions as to when soil and turfs can be lifted so I may have struck lucky with the weather however my experience could not have been better

Avoid this company! Wish I had read the reviews on here before purchasing the top soil from this company.

Like most of the customers on here, the company failed to deliver the top soil on the day and did not have the courtesy of notifying me. I had stayed in all day until 5:30 to wait for the delivery!

Now I’m dreading to stay home again all day tomorrow and pray that the soil will be delivered. I’m not holding out much hope for a good quality top soil.

Good price, good quality turf, turned up when they said. Would definitely use for our next project

Do not order turf from this company. Was supposed to be delivered Thursday morning first thing. Didn’t get delivered. I called them for an estimated delivery time and they were unsure and said latest 6pm. 6pm came and went so I called them, they apologised and said the delivery company said first thing the following morning 8am. 8am came and went this morning, I called them for the 3rd time and was told head office would call me back. It’s now midday and I’ve heard nothing. When I tried calling again the number just rings through. Very suspicious considering every other time I’ve had an automated “I’m sorry all our customer service representatives are busy right now, please hold”.

Fortunately I always pay for things online with my credit card and pay the cash into it, so I’ve been able to claim my money back immediately. Not sure if it’s a scam website or not. But considering they’ve missed delivery time, didn’t contact me to let me know and now I can’t get through to anyone, it’s very suspicious!

Ordered turf for it to be delivered the Friday, never came so rang up lad said it would be here on the Saturday, Saturday comes and still no sign so I ring back up and the woman says if it's not here by 3/3:30 ring back, I rang back but the office was closed!! Then on Monday the turf turned up and literally crumbled when you picked it up, the delivery guy even said he wouldn't accept this order and he thought when he seen it how dead it was. I have sent emails to the company and still no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Avoid. Poor quality topsoil, arrived full of twigs, stones and cigarette butts. Now having to repurchase somewhere else. Emailed and had no response so will raise through my card issuer

The topsoil was excellent quality, I cannot fault this company and would use again.

Very very poor customer service.
I ordered two bulk bag of top soil.
I got delivered one top soil one compost. Send two emails and called twice and was promised someone will call me back.
Never received email confirmation of the order either.
Then was told I ordered top soil and compost. Return going to cost a lot therefor advice me that it is not worth returning.
Bag were half full god know how many litres there.
Did not want to exchange.
I will never use them again.

Ordered a bag of premium Top Soil, which was delivered the day before the Easter bank holiday. It was full of stones which is the last thing I need more of in my garden! 5 barrow loads produced a whole bucket of stones plus the ones left behind. Phoned them on the Tuesday after Easter and got the feeling they knew very well what they’d done and without hesitation the guy said he’d send out a new bag which arrived the next day. The second bag was full of twigs, lumps of wood and even bits of glass!! It’s also very sandy with lots of big lumps of sand in it. Saving grace is that they didn’t take back the first bag, so although it’s extra work getting the stones out, I’m sure I’ll use it up eventually.

Ordered turf and topsoil 10 days in advance for a specific date and the turf arrived but no topsoil. Needed the topsoil first for obvious reasons. Topsoil arrived the next day. As said by one reviewer the turf is poor quality and six out of 25 turfs ordered broke into pieces even with careful handling due to how thin they were cut. Topsoil was good but do not buy turf from this company

200 rolls of turf ordered, delivered on the date chosen. Delivery driver was rude and stated there was no where for the delivery- despite having a large driveway and side access. Was quickly then able to unload the 5 pallets.

Following morning a landscaper arrived to lay the turf as it is part of garden works for my daughter with a life limiting condition and whom is a wheelchair user.
He was absolutely disgusted by the quality of the turf. It is the thinnest turf he has ever seen and was ripped throughout. After spending £650 we had to make it work. We over ordered by 40 rolls which due to the number of rolls so severely damaged we used them all!
The rolls are also not 1m squared. They are just over a meter long and 66cm wide which does not equate to 1m squared.

Avoid this company. Bad quality products

Reading the bad reviews put me off. The price was good so risked it for a biscuit! Gambled paid off. Topsoil was very good quality and the grass looks good as well. Delivered on the date as agreed. Very happy with my purchase.

Just had my second order delivered and it was the same service as my order a few days ago, no complaints what so ever. so recommend highly!

I'm very disappointed with my order. No one contacted me before delivery so I've been suprised when driver come 5 days before estimated delivery date. I've planned my gardenworks regarding this estimated time so I need to changed everything.
First of all it's very poor quality top soil- I got completely wet and clay soil with many stones in it ( despite I ordered lawn speed turf ). Finally I got something what I didn't expect and paid for.
I ordered 4 tonnes but because it was so wet it was very heavy either and finally I got less soil volume.
Furthermore driver damaged my driveway .
I email to them complain about what I've got but no response ( I attached some photos as well ).
Avoid this company, sometimes it's better to pay more and find proper service.

Order Twin pack top soil.Received delivery on time but the soil is of very poor quality and its full of sand even the amount of soil looks less to be 500L.Contacted Customercare and share images as well.But no response from them.No return or refund and they will simply ignore your calls and mails.
And they have fake review of their products.As I didn’t get any email to share their feedback ,I have requested them to share the link so that I can share my reviews with photographers , but no response.

After placing my order I did check this company on trust pilot and become really concerned I'd made a very big mistake ordering the top soil and turf bundle for £120. But I was wrong! The quality of the top soil and turf is very good. (Passers-by did comment on the soil quality) The delivery was OK it arrived at 15.30 so a little late in the day and a little disorganised with the ETA times but the driver was friendly and delivered with no issues on to my drive way. I would definitely recommend this company and the products. Very good value for money and a good quality product.

The bags are small compared to others.They call it saving by saying twin pack. Its less than 500kg and as per their site it has to be 500 liters of top soil.
And 1 kg of soil = 0.67 liters. Really disappointed at the size of these bags.

I have ordered Blended Topsoil Twinstak (2 x Bulk Bags) to my address. The road was 7.5t limitation. However, there is a rear access with no weight limit. Company sent 19t lorry and the delivery was unsuccessful. I wanted to collect my order from the depot as I have done that many times before with other companies and I was told I am not allowed to do that. I had many building materials deliveries to this address i.e. grab lorries, flat bed lorries delivering 30t of material and they could do it. It is up to the attitude. The Topsoil.co.uk will charge me now cancellation fee £30. The other option was to pay £60 for second attempt to deliver the order. I have the feeling that the company didn't wanted to help me but only charge me additional money.

Do not use this company - nothing but issues when ordering Twinstack soil delivery. Order was supposed to arrive on a Wednesday, several calls and emails to chase. Then found out it would
Not arrive until the next day. I had to compensate my contractors and was told it would arrive first thing the next day. When it arrived a day late (and not first thing) only half arrived (the twinstack method does not work as the weight meant the lift went through pallet and broke machine). Second replacement bag due to be delivered the next week in a morning slot - did not arrive so again had to compensate contractors for arriving and unable to complete work. Topsoil promised the second bag would arrive then late thenext day, still not arrived, would not compensate the money I had to pay contractors. Countless phone calls and emails and still awaiting a refund that hasn’t come through.
