Ordered 2 bags of topsoil. Did not arrive on the delivery date, even after multiple calls throughout the day to head office was told will be with me before 6pm. No communication from them at all. A whole day wasted with garden maintenance team which have been pre-booked and prepaid for. My advice buy elsewhere if you are expecting a prompt delivery.

Ordered 2 bulk bags of compost. Delivery date missed, no communication, delivery promised next day. Still no delivery. Needed for an event and it turned up far too late - 3 days too late. Quality of soil pretty rubbish too..

My delivery should have been with me a few days ago but no sign of it. I wrote an email asking for explanation and when I can expect my delivery but no response from topsoil company as yet. I wish I read all the reviews on here before. Would've not ordered if I did read the reviews. Lesson learned!!!

Soil loaded with stones grass was dismal dried out rotten half went into recycling bin.Offically complained
Got a lousey 10% back would have thought 25% would be a fairer refund and apparently I can't complain about that as they closed the case even though I would have refused that amount

I ordered 2 tonnes of topsoil and was expecting delivery on 24/5. I received a call saying they could not deliver as the road was too small. After explaining I’d had soil delivered before customer services checked with her drivers to which they said not even the small truck could deliver. She said sorry and said she would refund. I’ve since bought from a different company only to return home to the two bags originally ordered dumped on my driveway. I called customer services and they have just said “no refund was put through, I will get them to collect (but don’t know when) and only when it’s received by them and checked that it is in an acceptable state will they process my refund”!!!!! So apparently now I have two tonnes of soil which I got told I wouldn’t get which I have to protect from anybody that will walk or drive past for as long as it takes them to collect or I don’t get my money back!

The chap named Jordan showed the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Ordered 120 square metres of turf. Delivered on time and the turf was of really good quality apart from a few rolls that were a bit wet and tore easily. Would highly recommend.

Bad customer service, what I received was completely different product to what I ordered last year, now waiting for them to take it back ,wasted money as have to pay for collection and find mulch elsewhere.

Awful product, the mulch is so fine it offers no protection to any plants, and is too much like soil to be decorative. It serves no purpose.
The compost is riddled with plastic, so much so that I would not use this for vegetables for human consumption. The top soil is just clay and full of weeds.
Ordered from them last year all products were 5 star, I would not trust this year.

I went in sceptical given the past reviews and didn’t expect much at all. However, the order process was smooth, delivery communication great and product delivered on time. Can’t fault my experience. Will be using again. Ta

Double order by mistake online as had wifi issue, called within 2 minutes to explain the mistake and no refund still 2 weeks on just nonsense from customer service fobbing me off and I’m having to call them every day. You can’t just steal peoples money and be a reputable online retailer. shop elsewhere

I would give zero stars, if I could. Cancelled my order before delivery. They refused to give me a refund. Threatened to charge me a further £60 if I don`t except the delivery.
No help whatsoever from customer service.
They thought it`s ok to take £300 from me for nothing. No turf, no refund. I filed a dispute against them at my bank and got my money back. Only the bank was helpful, nothing from Topsoil.co.uk.

We did extensive research before purchasing our turf and no where could beat these on price. It seems this website is where people go to just give bad reviews as there are way more reviews and more positive on another website.

Great quality turf and absolutely no issues with delivery. They delivered on the correct day and sent me a text the night before to confirm when being delivered.

Turf actually came from London Lawn Turf Co so it seems they may outsource based on location but I still can't fault them!

The turf they sold me was of shockingly poor quality. Despite an exemplary care regimen, the entire lawn was 70% bare within a year. Their 'customer service' co-ordinator was far more concerned with shirking responsibility and trying to blame the conditions in my garden (completely unfounded assertions) than with providing any kind of service. I made contact twice before leaving a negative review but they were clearly uninterested in offering any resolution beyond denying all responsibility for their product being unfit for purpose.

I recently ordered 2 bags of topsoil and 2 bags of compost from Topsoil.co.uk. However, when the delivery arrived, I received 3 bags of topsoil and only 1 bag of compost, they were wet and heavy. Not only was the order wrong, but the bags were also stacked on top of each other, making them difficult to manage due to their weight.

When I contacted customer service to address the issue, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and asked for proof. This lack of accountability left me feeling cheated and frustrated.

Despite offering a choice of delivery date, the company delayed/changed it without thinking to inform the purchaser. Customer Service could only repeat that 'well its been changed by someone' and added no further help. Totally useless service. It cannot be that hard to establish a system that is reliable.

Order was delivered to pavement at the front of my terrace house despite my request to deliver to service road behind. Customer service said nothing could be done! So I had to take around 40 trips through the house heaving buckets of soil. You should give customers option to cancel if requirements cannot be met:
