Sometimes the character of a firm lies in how it handles a problem.

A first time customer, I ordered two pairs of readers. When my order arrived (2 days later) the order was not mine and clearly had been mixed up with another customers.

I wrote a polite but anxious email (half expecting to be ignored or messed around).I got a reply in minutes admitting a mistake, advising me the correct order would be immediately sent along with a paid return label for the return of the incorrect glasses I had received.

And three days later the right order arrived with said label. Other than a few days delay I was made right with good service and good communication.

Gives me confidence in the integrity of the company and will use again.

Good clear website didn’t hide the final price like some website does.

I was looking to replace a really cheap pair of reading glasses I had purchased after recent Cataract removal. The specs I purchased are of extremely good quality and really good value. The difference between the 2 pairs of specs is unbelievable. I'm very happy with my new specs and will recommend them to my friends

Was looking for thin framed reading glasses as backups to prescription glasses and these fitted the bill nicely. Decent quality glasses at the price. Came in good looking cases too. Delivered very quickly.

Purchased a pair of rubber framed reading glases only for them to snap at the arm joint 11 weeks later, after standard normal use. When contacting "customer service" the responce was "We get someone playing your game every so often"..... My "game" was asking for a replacement for something that obviously wasn't fit for purpose. I was also told to "own it" and that he "knew what i was about"!? This companies product is as bad as their customer service - avoid unless you like being accused of fraud, lying and bullying evidently!

Had wrong delivery address on order but Dan managed to sort it. Good quality glasses.

Easy to use - good prices

The glasses are virtualy unusable, the lenses have ripples in the material making consistant focus impossible.
Only fit for the bin, put it down to experience and move on.
