Good and bad
Had to phone PARI to confirm which specific model needed as a replacement for a lost part. Very helpful customer service guy and item arrived on second day after order.
I made a mistake when ordering and ended up with 2 of the same items in the basket. On checkout there was no way to reduce the order to one and had to go back to PARI to resolve and had to sign in and make an account to do this. This was the only site I've ever visited where you can't adjust the no. of items ordered - this was frustrating, inefficient and time wasting.

Excellent quality, consistently great service
Excellent quality saline solutions, I get the strongest one they have available and like to have a stock of them for whenever I need them. They also track the expiry date, so it's another indicator of their quality control
I always get my saline refills from them, as I don't trust cheap stuff from the usual suspect...It ends up being expensive after all and probably fake... and that's not what you want to breathe when you're feeling unwell

PARI is a great company to purchase your nebuliser from. Tried, tested and trusted. Just wish the year pack would last a full year but I have to use mine twice a day, every day so it works very hard. The time it saves me is worth its weight in gold. Highly recommend!

My nebuliser arrived on time, well packaged and working well, cutting my time nebulising with the old one by half.

Paid for next day delivery and arrived late
I ordered two packages, paying £9 for next day delivery and nothing for the second package, as was much more relaxed as to when I would receive it. Upshot being that the latter package arrived next day but the £9 next day delivery arrived the day after, which frustrated me a little. It may well be down to the courier who stated that they tried to deliver at a time when I was in the driveway of the house! Other than that the products excellent and service good.

While our Priority Express Delivery service is estimated at 1–2 working days rather than a guaranteed next-day option, we appreciate that this delay was still frustrating - particularly as it involved a second address.
