Excellent all round service from 1st appointment to last appointment, and always kept up to date with how things are going and the plan going forward.

I did not have any phone consultation. That might have taken away some of the problem.
I feel that I drove from Leicestershire with false expectations.
1) I always knew that i had the stump and root of a broken tooth and what i wanted was to replace that with an implant and crown.
I had carefully researched the prices and had message discussions with your staff while doing this research. At no stage was i told that this would be two procedures, aka 'advanced implant' i.e. 2 * £950 not the 1 * £950 fee that I had available.
That could have been determined without inspection.

FWIW no other Dentist has mentioned such an increase. Given the fact that your Facebook advert had a 'price match' feature I was indeed tempted to hold you to quotes received from elsewhere.

2) I was not told that there was a default £100 consultation fee, albeit recoverable as part of a treatment. This was an unnecessary embarrassment when your dentist asked for it.

You have made me take an unnecessary journey AND embarrassed me.

I had the best experience at truly dental- the staff were amazing and extremely friendly. They explained the process throughly and made me feel at ease throughout.

Dr Ross is exceptionally lovely & has given me the best results! He is a true expert & amazing at his job. Maream was also exceptional! i’m really happy with the service they have provided and the results - i love my new tooth! the best dentists i have gone to!!

Web chat was good, could have been more proactive though. I did not ask about the three choices and was only introduced to one. I have done so much research that I forgot it was Truly that have this option, a reminder would have helped as I had no number to call and ask.
The questions I did ask were answered well.

You did a plan for me and stuck to it. Very friendly people who put terrified me at ease. Great follow up on the day after to ensure everything was good. Shared and recommended you via my social media following my implant journey so far.

Had my surgery for full dental implants on the 17th march. Dr junaid did my surgery. From entering truly dentist Manchester, I was greeted with politeness and kindness form everyone. I felt so relaxed and at ease by everyone during my surgery. I didn’t feel any pain and was cared for exceptionally. I’ve been home 1 week and had a couple of calls from truly to check up on me. I cannot believe how quick and easy everything was. Still no pain only tenderness and sore obviously around the gums but thanks to everyone at truly , I feel relaxed and so happy.

I went to truly dental after searching for a good amount of time. I decided to go with them as they were professional from the start. I had the full work with then, teeth extraction and complete set of implants 6/6. From the start at the initial consultation i felt welcome and well attended, was explained in great details what I could expect following the sugery and following months. My temporary teeth broke while on holidays abroad, they tried to find someone to fix it even though it was between xmas and new year. Just had the final product installed, they made sure it was seating comfortably in my mouth. Overall, my experience was very satisfactory, I highly recommend over going to Turkey or other cheaper destinations.
