I have been a customer of Silhouettes for almost a year now. I have their Radio Frequency Machine! I am obsessed with this machine! The results are amazing and clients love the results they get. Silhouette as a company is by far one of the best I have worked with in this industry. They genuinely care about their customers. If there is a issue it's sorted ASAP, no nonsense, no fobbing you off, no costing you more money. The fuse went in my machine the other week. I text Julie, not expecting a reply as it was past 6pm. She rang me straight back. She spoke to the tech team and talked me through changing the fuse. Two days later I had two spare fuses arrive in the post! Amazing service. Can not fault them. They are always there with advice and support. I love working with Silhouette and will be purchasing more of their machines down the line. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the machines or the company.

From the start to finish (although it will never be finished with Becci supporting me) I’ve had a really amazing experience, so much support, any question I’ve asked has been answered and full support given throughout the whole process of ordering my machine, training, my launch night and until this day. I've been with Silhouette for 26 years, and have Radiofrequency, Dermalift, Microdermabrasion and Microneedling machines with them. I find the training excellent and very clear, and my trainer is always quick to reply to any questions I have regarding the treatments. Everyone at Silhouette is professional, friendly and welcoming, especially at the Beauty Shows. They will always help you and are generous with raffle prizes for my yearly fundraiser. One of the nicest things about Silhouette as a team is that they always make me smile. It is a pleasure to work with them, and have their products in my salon!

Totally recommend, this company goes above and beyond in training & long after it too. Cannot fault any of it, they’re always on end of phone if needed, very pleasant to deal with. If I could give 10 stars I would! I purchased the RF machine and all my clients and myself LOVE it! Big results! Amazing! 100% recommend.

Training was very informative. This was more of a refresher for me as I had done Core of Knowledge back in 2023 but it was really good to refresh my memory and knowledge. This industry is forever changing so its good to know that there are companies out there developing courses that are this informative. Highly recommend!

Fabulous demo of machines, enthusiastic and supportive team

Absolutely outstanding service and machines. I have both the Dermatherm radio frequency machine for skin tightening in face and body. My clients enjoy the treatments and the results are great. I also really purchased their microneedling device which is really good. Trainer Becci is outstanding, really helpful, responsive and knowledgeable and just such a lovely person. Everyone in their head office who I have ever spoken is also really friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend

From the initial call to the free demonstration in the salon, it was professional and organised..
Becci travelled a few hours to come and do a demo, as soon as she said UK manufacturers, based and support, I knew I was heading into the Silhouette Family...no pushing or hard sell required... 4 weeks later, my machine was delivered and one to one in salon training completed. I took on the RF machine, results are amazing.... I will add another machine next year and it WILL be with silhouette
