Good customer service even when things are not quite right, everything is dealt with very fairly, with no bad taste.
This was my 2nd purchase from this company so was happy to use them again. Of the three pairs received the tortoise shell glasses were unfortunately twisted when they arrived. However The Reading Glasses Shop were very helpful and understanding and offered to send a replacement. Thanks Dan for your excellent service 👍. I definitely will be using you again.

Terrible cheap rubbish
Terrible cheap rubbish. Screws keep coming out and then they just snapped in half as I was cleaning the lenses. Never had such poor quality crap in my life and no reply to my email from them. !!!!AVOID!!!!! !!!!AVOID!!!!! !!!!AVOID!!!!! !!!!AVOID!!!!!

That’s a harsh review , as I’ve said something has happened , possibly in transit , I’ve resent , replaced.
I also emailed to see if all was well and to ask if you were now happier and full of understanding but you havnt replied , oh well I did my best 😀

Good after sales service is as important to me as quality produce and, with that in mind, I would give The reading glasses 5 stars.
