received wrong item and missing items, emailed them as to no response.

Made an order on the 23rd of December and when I received my order nothing was in the box!! I have emailed 3 times now for a refund and they aren't even getting back to me now. I would avoid this place I will reporting them

I’ve been looking for peeps marshmallows for ages since having them in the states in 2019 and sweet memories is the only place i’ve found that has a good variety and doesn’t overcharge for them, i also ordered other sweets that again was all a good price will definitely be ordering again to try some more american and other candy. The sweets was so packaged really good nothing came damaged. Highly reccomended.

I don't normally write reviews, but this company has far exceeded my expectations as a first time shopper. The goods were delivered the next day, packed well, so there was no breakage or spillage, and the dates on the sweets were far in the future. Everything was great, and I'll be ordering our treats here again!

I ordered at around 2pm last night and it's all arrived in good packaging within the day, really impressed, great selection of items on the site too, try it and you won't be disappointed!

Placed my order this afternoon, and within 30 mins it was dispatched, super speedy service, and will arrive tomorrow. Pretty impressed. They also had the best cost when I compared against Amazon.

Ordered here for the first time the other day, arrived quickly, good price and the variety is amazing, tried a few things already and have all been really good, only down side is some of the crisp bags were opened when they arrived, still fresh and okay though!

2nd time ordering from this company. They have got a very wide range of products from all over the world, the prices are hard to beat & they have a variety of delivery options. If I ever have a query, they are quick to reply through Facebook messenger & are very kind about it. Overall, I recommend Sweet Memories & will use them again in the future.

Whether buying for myself or as gifts for friends, I'm a fan of online sweet shops that specialise in American candies. Sweet Memories Delivered has THE best prices around, and they always have good stock (even some season items - it's May and I've just received a few in-date Halloween candies!). I decided to try their mystery box, and I was completely blown away by the volume and variety. Definitely not the last time I'll be getting one of those!

They have replied saying they offered a next day delivery of the goods but this is a lie. Awful company
