Delighted with purchase!

Surprised Hubby with a selection of his favourite chocolates. Arrived quickly and was very well packed. Absolutely delighted with purchase and will use this company again. 5 star service.

Great customer service

Great customer service, super happy with my order, lots of different products to choose from, got all my favourite sweets and arrived quickly and packaged well. Definately recommend

Hello James,

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, however we would like to clarify the situation for transparency.

We did respond to your emails, including your initial message sent on 11th December, which was only a few days after placing the order and before the estimated delivery timeframe. In that message you accused us of not sending the order, despite it being within the delivery window clearly outlined in our terms, particularly during the Christmas period when delays are expected with Royal Mail.

Unfortunately, we have since received multiple messages containing abusive, aggressive and offensive language directed at our team. As a result of this behaviour, we have requested that Royal Mail intercept the parcel and return it to sender.

Once the parcel has been successfully returned to us, we will issue a full refund immediately, as already explained in our correspondence.

We always aim to provide excellent service and clear communication, but we will not tolerate abuse towards our staff.
