No update or response regarding order.
I placed an order a week ago and there has been no update. I sent an email requesting and update and there has been no response whatsoever.
I wish I could write a better review but this has been the experience I’ve had.

Very sorry about the delay contacting you back but i did mention in our emails that the website was on holiday monday and i was away when you emailed us and i was struggling to get good singal to log in and reply

hi i see you emailed us after you left the review about the missing parcel i did reply as quick as i could as you sent 2 emails after 9pm at night , i replied the next morning and i seen in the 2nd email you wanted a refund for the lost parcel which i did straight away once checked on parcel location to see it was missing

10/10 for sweet memories
Very happy with my first experience ordering with Sweet memories. Minimum spend was very low compared to other retailers and the items are competitively priced.
Parcel arrived quickly and I was notified about the status of my order every step of the way. So glad I found this website, as my local shops are out of stock currently. Will definitely be placing more orders in future.

Fantastic service.
I found it really difficult to find the flapjacks I ordered. I found them online here. I was over the moon!! Really easy to order. Dispatch and delivery was really quick. Came well packaged too. I will be placing another order soon. Definitely recommend.

Very Sorry as i said in our email i had to refund you as we did not have enough stock to send a replacement parcel for the lost parcel so gave you a full refund soon as we knew parcel was lost

A little disappointed upon receiving my order as some of the sweets seem soggy as if they’ve been sat in a chilly warehouse a little too long. Won’t order again.
Thank you for your reply, Christmas is a crazy time with post, all sweets except the nerds that were in their own box were soggy unfortunately, the box was very damp upon receiving the sweets which given the cost of shipping and sweets was very disappointing. Hope other customers don’t have the same issue.

was it some the clearance stock you bought or normal lines
also just checked tracking and not sure why it went on over 700 mile trip around as it went down sout 240 mile to chelmford near london to go all way back upto glasgow before it got delivered to you
so very sorry for delay in delivery also :(
