Perfect experience
Absolutely fantastic.
Wasnt sure at first how they would compare to similar shops, but it turns out they're actually even better.
Cheaper, faster, better range of items, and way better customer service.
There was a small delivery issue completely out of their control, but they went above and beyond to quickly sort it, and kept me up to date on the process.
Communication was fast and friendly.
Dont normally leave reviews, but I really wanted to this time. 10/10

Sorry but we did reply to you emails we even sent you a copy of our replies on our info@sweetmemoriesdelivered.uk dated 18th feb to our old email addy that we found you emailed on also and you replied you never got them
and we refunded the 2 items that say was missing but not sure whats happened to them as no damaged to packaging you said

This is my first order from the shop and I’ll certainly order again. Everything I ordered was very reasonably priced - better than other online shops. American treats came just in time our ‘Fat Fridays’😁

Did not receive my items and I’ve been…
Did not receive my items and I’ve been emailing them to no avail. Blamed it on the courier of course. Stopped answering to my emails?!?
Edit: why would I contact royal mail? You’re the merchant! You’re supposed to handle how the parcel gets to me?!? Never have I ever dealt with such thick people. And to call yourself a business?

you never added house number on your order we do not change address which you accused us
as royal mail just pulls your address from website which you have put
we gave you tracking number parcel number for parcel to be able to request redelivery
but you seem to just want to blame us in the emails saying we removed house number ?
as we keep saying we do not touch address as royal mail pulls all orders from our website and prints what you have put if you missed house number off i don't unstand how you blame us ?
Didn't receive my items
Didn't receive my items, didn't receive any response when emailing to ask what's going on, in the end had to resolve it through PayPal to eventually get a refund.

only seen comments on our facebook page which didn't mention parcel it just said check emails we replied to you but got no reply back so we did not know about missing parcel till you put a claim in
Great shop for American Goodies
The prices are great compared to most other companies and I am not just talking by a few pence but a noticeable difference. Items are always sent quickly and are well packed.
Once I had some items missing, they acknowledged the error and put it right although they could have been a bit friendlier when doing that

A hidden gem I discovered by accident so wasn't sure if I should order since I wasn't familiar. I'm glad I did as I'm very pleased with the service. Prices are reasonable and everything was shipped on time. No issues at all
