Ordered a few bits for presents and after a few glitches with the new system and numerous emails back and forth everything was sorted out.
As soon as it was sorted i had the items within 48hrs.

It was amazingly fast
It was amazingly fast - the package arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order. The variety of fudge was good and I have enough to keep my friend's fudge cravings. I recomment hightly. Particularly as I got over a kilo of fudge and it was so well packed too/

you also should had a notification from paypal about the refund also
i see you emailed us this morning at 7.42am we refunded before we replied back at 7.57am so you shoulkd have 2 emails at that time a reply from us and a paypal refund email and i see you left this review at 10am 2 hours after we replied and refunded you

very sorry but we did send a replacement order for missing parcel and just had to replace 1 item a vimto rip roll since none left in stock till next delivery but you said you no longer wanted order after we dispatched replacement and wanted to return parcel but never got back to us once you received your order

fantastic company and great service all around. I had ordered a parcel earlier in the year and it didn’t turn up so I contacted them and they kept me up to date with information on my new parcel and when it was likely to be dispatched, even though it took months because I was waiting on something I ordered being back in stock. Finally received my parcel a day after the new one was dispatched with no issues. Would definitely use this site again for future orders!!
