Very professional and extremely tidy install from the engineer which meant no sign of cables from inside our home, and also took care on making the box from the outside look very neat by adding render to the silicone for a great finish.

I have recently had a Zappi Charger fitted in my garage by Jack the electrician from Smarter Untility. I am absolutely delighted with the service from all at Smarter Utility and the service and quality of fitting by Jack, he is an excellent worker, extremely pleasant and friendly and did a wonderful job fitting the charger and routing the electrical cable.

Electrician was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Reasonably priced too. Definitely recommend.

I received a number of quotes for the installation of a Zappi home charger. Not only we’re Smart Utility the best quote but the only company to pick up that I had selected the wrong power. Installation was fantastic, the engineer took time to ensure cabling was as discreet as possible and offered options for the location.

Had an EV charger installed yesterday and the full process couldn't have been easier all the way. I contacted a few suppliers initially but Smarter Utility stood out as being the most responsive and helpful team.
Had an initial on-site survey before filling any forms (unlike other suppliers) which allowed me to ask all the stupid questions I had face to face, get advice on where best to install the charger and which ones is most suited for my needs.
The installation itself was scheduled at my convenience and the engineer left the place all tidy.

Finally, within few hours of the engineer leaving my place, I had all the documentation that I needed to apply for the Energy Saving Trust grant.

Very professional service by this company.. David came out to do the survey and then the installation of my Zappi EV charger was scheduled for a few days later at my convenience. The information supplied was very detailed and easy to understand. The installation itself was done promptly and with minimal disruption to the electric supply (power was only off for around a total of 15-20 mins). Would highly recommend David and his team at smarter utility Ltd.

Smarter Utility fitted an EV charger for me however this was far from a simple job due to a number of factors, all to do with my house and where I need the charger fitted. Regardless of that though, the work was completed as promised and to a high standard. From initial contact to a home visit, from a no obligation quote to discussing some additional work, to installation day and aftercare this company has been excellent and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering using them.

Installed a Zappi EV charger at our house today. Very neat install and explained how everything worked and set up the app so we could see house electrical consumption and solar panel generation values. Highly recommend. Excellent pricing too compared to our other EV quote from Jorro.

I had a zappi EV charger installed and the service was first class from initial visit all the way thro to installation. These guys know what they’re talking about. I was unsure about what it all meant in the charger world but David went out of his way to give me great advice. I tried a few suppliers but David by far the best. I must also add that the product recommended is excellent. Workmanship also excellent. I’d like to moan about something but I can’t.

I used Smarter Utility for the installation of my EV car home charge point. David from the company was very helpful, especially when I didn't have much knowledge about the subject and had to learn fast as I needed a charger for my new EV car. David also helped a lot with the grant applications and even helped rewrite the invoices to the specifications needed after some changes to the grant applications. In fact he was the most helpful of any companies we tried and he spoke more sense which is why we opted for them. Most other companies were unhelpful and made some nonsense recommendations to try and increase the price.

The installation itself went well and was a reasonable price, but David and his colleague were very helpful and professional. The only issue was that we didn't have the car at the time of fitment. After getting the car there had been a slight issue but to his credit, David was helpful again, and popped by the next day to fix the issue which was only a few minutes of adjusting some settings.

Great customer service and we will keep them in mind for the future as we are looking at possible solar panels.

Great quick and professional service. I had a hard and time consuming job I was recommended smarter utility by a friend. Electrician called me I didn’t know all the technical terms of what I was asking them to do he was very clear and made the job easy for me to understand what was going to happen. On the day of the job they arrived at the agreed time and there was very little mess I felt my property was respected at all time. 5 star service I would highly recommend.
