Fitted following a purchase from octopus energy. Took about 6 weeks from when I bought it to get a date for the install. Fitted quickly on the day without issues. Only thing was I wasn't contacted with a time they'd arrive. Personally it was fine for me as I was already in so it wasn't a bother, however I know for someone else that might not be the case so thought I'd mention it here.

Absolutely shocking treatment by Electropoint. Bad communication and trying to charge me for a non standard installation when a standard installation was fine. Would've cost £500 extra. If it wasn't for Ben at Ohme complaints I don't know if the charger would be fitted by now. It took about 5 weeks from start to finish to get it fitted. The only good thing was Lee who first came to do the survey and Ed who fitted it. We only used Electropoint because I got a free charger from ohme when I bought my new hybrid. I'll never use Electropoint again.

Still waiting on my certificate for EV charger installation. Requested 2 times and was promised same day to be emailed
Also told to contact charger company as not getting 7.4kw charge.
Discovered 25A fuse was fitted according to charger app. But still no help from company.

Poor communication, promised visits and a quotation and neither happened. alarm bells loud and clear , plus reading reviews that other have had a very similar poor service so I quickly moved forward with a more professional company who carry full accredited installers .

Sean communicated well before arriving and once he arrived he looked at the suggested routing, he then went and looked to see if there was a simpler routing utilising our garage power supply. Unfortunately it couldn't be done, but a welcome challenge by Sean.
New charger fitted as agreed, neat installation and all working fine.

Really disappointed with the aftercare from electro point. Got a charger install a 3 months ago and had repeated issues with the chargers. Was advised when i called that the internet was the problem in my home and that i had to reset it which i did- charger then worked but I've had to reset the internet every time to get it to work- For context my router is less than 1/2 meter from the charger and never at any point during the initial survey or install was this highligted as potential problem. Since then the past 2 weeks the charger hasn't worked at all. Contacted them last Friday and was told somebody from office would be in touch to sort- Never heard anything so chased on the Tuesday and was again told that the office would be in touch. Still waiting for the phone call. I understand problems can happy with chargers but i am really disappointed in the aftercare provided from this company. I would not recommend them

Poor Customer Service, arranged a EV charger quote visit. Waited in all afternoon and they didn't show. When I contacted them to advise their rep didn't show they claimed they hadn't booked in the appointment this is despite the SMS messages I have confirming. Won't be using a company that can't get their initial customer service call sorted, god knows what an installation would be like!

Ordered an installation of an ohme epod. Following a good survey visit the actual installation was very disappointing with shoddy work which failed to maintain the waterproof integrity of both the epod and the electricity supply box. However the response to my complaint was extremely good with prompt and efficient resolution to these issues. So on balance the company maintained it's good reputation by it's quick resolution of my concerns. Obviously it would have been better to have got it right first time hence the 3 stars.

Good experience from start to finish Kyle & Mark did a great job of installing the charger and leaving the garage clean and tidy.
Kyle also explained how to install the app and how it worked.

Really disappointed with my experience.
I was recommended this company by a colleague, so I had high expectations. I booked an appointment and was given a time window, which I waited in for.
I then received a call 15 minutes after the time window had already passed to say the engineer was stuck in Glasgow (I’m in Edinburgh), and that he actually didn’t need to come out after all because he’d looked at Street View and decided it would be a straightforward install.
So not only was my entire afternoon wasted, but I’ve still not received the quote he said he would send over — nor have I had any kind of follow‑up call. Had I been contacted at 1:15pm as I should have been, my experience (and this review) would have been very different.
Safe to say I’ve made enquiries elsewhere.

Lucie turned up at arranged time , spoke about her plans to complete the installation , started work promptly with minimal disruption , installed charger and CU without any issues , cleaned up every grain of dust and then demod the app and charger in operation, very well mannered , pleasant and highly skilled , very happy with overall service

Great service, installation by Edward first class. A big thanks to Sophia at office for all her assistance.

Called Electropoint after purchasing my first EV. Saw add online. Very friendly and booked survey. Gerry called on booked day advised of process and how and how long instalation would take. On fitting day Lucy arrived promptly and got straight to work. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Work completed quickly and tidely. Helped me connect to app and advised on how to operate when new car arrives shortly. Happy with instalation and would not hesitate to recommend.

Emailed for a quote and had a contact the same day. Appointment made and Gerry was there at the time stated. Surveyed and advised quickly and with good attention to detail. Booked me in there and then for an install, and this was with in a week of the visit. Lucy was great arrived on time and fitted quickly, was well organised, competent and efficient. I found them both to be very professional, they made it so easy. I don't think I could ask much more.

Edward and Caitlin installed our Omhe Epod charger last week, polite courteous and went that extra mile to make sure the job ran smoothly, they are a credit to the company.

Emailed a query for an ev charger
Had voicemail text and email reply and arranged visit to get quote

Arranged time and spent effort emptying 2 walkin cupboards so they could see the work required

No show on the day and no follow up or apology after
If they treat new customers this way i would not be wanting them for future maintenanxe once i had paid for the installation

So the installation was fine. I am now having issues and have contacted OHME and the car has been back to the dealers. OHME tell me there is a significant voltage drop from the charger - car tested and no issues. So i contacted Electropoint as the car often disconnects from charging. As my installer and with nowhere else to go i expect this to be remedied. So far after several email exchanges, i have no further update and the charger continues to disconnect from the car. Not really happy with the level of service - it seems once installed 'you're on your own mate'.
