It has been half a month, and I still haven’t received my package. The order I placed on the 6th still hasn’t been shipped. When I contacted DHL, they even suggested that the seller might not have shipped it yet. The after-sales service disappeared the moment the payment was completed. Emails sent to you go unanswered. Now I have neither received the item nor been able to get a refund, and I can’t get in touch with the seller.

I made an order on the 5th of December. I never received it so I contacted the store and they told me they re-sent my purchase. It has been weeks and I still have not received a new tracking number or even an email to say it’s on the way, no item to be seen also. I have made multiple attempts to contact the merchant and have not received a single response. If I could give - stars, I would.

Wrong item shipped

I've made several purchases and have been pleased with the quality of the items. I love the edgy punk rock style!
The purchase process is easy, shipping updates were accurate and my items arrived quickly.
There is some redundancy on the site of items appearing in multiple categories, "new", "back in stock" etcetera.

Website was neat, shipping was speedy and quick, and the earrings I ordered were of amazing quality! Totally reccomend! Definitley shopping here again!

Beautiful necklace and secure packaging

I have 2 dangler earrings. They’re great quality, the ONLY downside. Is they are rather heavy. And my piercing is a little low on my lobe. So it’s a little uncomfy at times. But they’re great quality. And look great

This was my first time ordering from Rare Romance. They blew me away. I got the Dagger Earring and Essential Spike Earring. The packaging was sleek and professional. The material these earrings are made of are amazing quality. I have always had sensitive ears and because of that, many jewelry brands do not work for me. Rare Romance does. I will definitely be purchasing all of my jewelry from this company in the future. Had a great experience with this brand. Can’t say enough good things about their products.

Was watching Gen V on Amazon Prime and fell in love with this necklace after a couple of episodes. My husband found it online and viola 12 hours later it's in the mail to me. Easy to navigate site, just what I wanted. Made in the US and shipped accordingly. Just what I want from a shopping experience!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item in error and attempted to cancel it the same day. I received an email back from your representive, but not until the day it actually shipped. Now it is a return versus a simple cancelation.

The Chucky Chain I brought my lady was just what she wanted. In fact she loves it. When she wears it makes her whole outfit look HOT!!!! Heck she looks HOT wearing it. Puts a smile on my face!!!

I absolutely love all your products. I recently received the demon hoop, which i loved, but it broke the first time I wore it. I was expecting customer service to be a bit more helpful in fixing the situation as I have purchased from you guys at least four or five times.
