I have made purchases from World Jewels since Dec 2025 or Jan this year and ongoing. Though I have had a few hiccups, Adrienne and Allen have been absolutely great to communicate and work with without question until issues have been completely resolved with positive outcomes. To date I can say that it has been a very, very good experience. Because of the positive, professional experience I have had with Adrienne and Allen. I will definately look towards Adrienne and Allen "World Jewels" going forward and find myself so far, a future returning customer. Ty both for your commitment to your customers and product workmanship, you are the whole package which is very rare these days. I especially admire the work ethic,ty. I dont remeber specific dates except it is onging since my 1st purchase Dec 2025 thru current April 2026.

Bought an engagement ring from Allen. Been coming to him for couple years now for any custom work. Never disappoints. Always gets things done on time or sooner. And has one of the greatest prices! Love the engagement ring he did for me! Exactly what I asked for!

Ordered a 2 ctw diamond bangle on Jan 4 2026. After waiting 5 weeks and multiple phone calls it arrived. What I ordered and what I was sent were too totally different bracelets. I ordered a 20 stone 0.10 making it two carats. What I received had 25 stones at 0.02 making it a half carat total weight. I left a review on there website about what I received and it has been taken down and duplicated with the original review. Don't waste your time with this company total scam artist multiple promises never kept.

Waited 2 MONTHS and never received my order. I had to contact them multiple times to inquire the status of my ring, and each time was told it would ship at the end of the week. After a month I gave them a deadline to either produce my ring or issue a refund. Had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges since it never shipped. This company has very poor customer service and communication.

I got to tell you all, I waited last minute for the Christmas celebration and went on-line and ordered two fine pieces of necklaces and I was able to get it within 3 days…. The gift were welcomed with great excitement at the house and World Jewel came through for me.. Thank you so much…..

The ring I bought and the ring I received were not the same. The ring I bought was 5.5 mm the ring I received was maybe 3 at best. I was very disappointed.

When purchasing online the website says 2 days shipping. Not so after several emails and promised shipping dates finally after a month the ring finally ships. Now have ring and edges of comfort fit wedding band has several rough spots on it. Afraid to send back due to the time it took to receive. One thing for sure though they immediately take the funds from your account if shipping was that fast it would be a great place to shop.

It took several months to fill my order. The company did reach out with shipping information but delay was long and information not always accurate . The product is very nice and price very good. I appreciated the effort but was surprised at the time it took to get the ring
