Cameron and the entire staff at Clairamor helped me immensely with creating my fiancé's dream engagement ring. He made me feel comfortable and explained the process, was EXTREMELY responsive to emails, and very patient when I asked him many questions. I reached out with my original idea, and Cameron made a 3D model of the ring so I could visualize it. I asked to tweak some things a few times and Cameron replied to my emails very promptly and had a new 3D model for me to view the next day. After a few back and forth exchanges, we decided on a final model and the ring was made, shipped and received 3 weeks later. His team worked with me to coordinate shipping and were extremely patient and helpful. Even after receiving the ring, I had some questions on how it should look and making sure it was exactly how the model depicted - because this is all totally new to me. He offered to take the ring back and inspect and change it if necessary. First of all, the price can't be matched. Even with the price of Gold skyrocketing, Cameron's quotes were less than other companies that I asked and are very reasonable. His customer service is incredible. Other companies made me book a 1 hour zoom appointment a month away, and after Cameron promptly replied to a couple of my emails, I didn't even attend that zoom meeting. My choice was made. His team is very accommodating with shipping, and the final result was incredible. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Thank you again Cameron and team for everything, I am already suggesting my friends order from Clairamor.

Going to try to sound as human as possible since I’m leaving 5 stars. The first person to contact me after inquiring through the website was Cameron. He is a real person, do not fret. He asked for some more insight on my ring idea, I don't think he needed much more, I provided a substantial amount of detail + this ain’t his first time designing rings. He shot me back a 3d model to the ring via a link, it was perfect. He offered to send a 3d Printed model to my address, I accepted, it came within the week. I approved the 3d Model, they sent over the cost when I was ready, I paid the cost, the ring was designed in probably a little over a week and a half’s time. Shipped priority within the same week it was completed. This is my first time…hopefully only time, buying an engagement ring and all the dramatics you see on TV—Clairamor is the complete opposite. It felt far too good to be true and had I not had a friend who used them prior, I would have been far more skeptical because it was too easy working with them 💀. Highly recommend, the ring turned out exactly how the fiancé wanted.

They were such a helpful staff, I worked mostly with Esfandiar and Bryanna who were amazing. Made my request come to life and were awesome from start to finish.

Service and communication with managers could be better. There was a minimal assistance only. The ring itself is great.

Purchased a custom ring and received it back in May 2025 and received a truly one of a kind, custom experience. Everyone at Clairamor was extremely professional throughout the whole process and even helped us out when there was an issue (our fault) with the received ring, which they had no obligation to do.
