Hard pass on jewelry.

Ordered the Amparo rosary and matching earrings on 3/23/26 hoping it would get here on time for an event that I had on 4/11/26. Even with in between follow ups with customer care, I was advised this is a custom piece that takes additional time to ship. Great. This should be very clear on the site itself and not tucked neat in a corner following a shorter shipping time advertised. No good.

I am solely leaving two stars for the creativity of the actual the design. The jewelry is so poor in quality and tacky gold looking in person. I imagine this will be knocked off by Fashionnova or Shein in the near future for a fraction of the price and potentially better quality.

Thank goodness their customer service was so bad. It prompted me to order a more expensive set from Kendra Scott, which not only came faster but retained its claims of quality and appearance.

Do not recommend Vanessa Mooney at all for jewelry.

Ordered the Sloane, have always wanted it. Had an issue with my ordering process and it was resolved within 24 hours. The valentines sale was great, I’ve always wanted the cherry heart and I’ve tried to find that exact pendant online without success so I’m thankful for the sale.

I ordered a necklace that unfortunately happened to be out of stock. VM let me know about it quickly and refunded my money fast. They’re always easily available when you need help- responsive and professional.

It was a wonderful experience like every other time I have ordered from Vanessa Mooney.

The quality was not what I expected, when I reached out to the company they told me I could only receive store credit because I used a discount code. It didn’t say anywhere that if you use a coupon you would only receive store credit… Then the said to return the items with a note as to what I’d like to do? I’m not sure if that was a person or AI but I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. The quality is cheap and it’s over priced. I am so sad because it looked so cute online!

Necklace is great no problems except for the pendant is kinda put on weird in a way that makes the pretty side flip inwards constantly.

The daisy mae necklace is missing the daisy abalone shell flowers and doesn't look at all like I expected it to look because of that missing part. I am very disappointed. I don't know about the quality? I received a prompt reply. I got a replacement

Absolutely unique pieces like I have never seen before, perfectly crafted and the sweetest costumer service, very patient and attentive. Definitely my favorite jewelry brand for a while now. Their crucifixes are like no other and I have never received as many compliments on any accessory as with them! Absolutely worth it, amazing brand.
