Have been in contact with many messages no product still….
Thinking this is a scam ….

Ordered my OOHMG BUNDLE on the 26/6/21 and never received anything. Every now and then I'll get an email telling me the order has been shipped and I'll receive the tracking details within a couple of days, however once again haven't received anything. i've requested 4 times for a refund however no action again. Poor management, failure of a company& scam artists. I had disputed with bank however they asked for a review of the dispute and I missed the deadline for the re dispute so lost my money. Makes me sad there is so many scams like OOH when people are struggling Mental and Physically when people are losing their jobs and people want to take money from you.

I do not recommand this company.

I ordered on august 5th, more than a month ago with the option of express shipping they are offering.

More than a month later, emails, chats on facebook and Instagram, no one can help me, give me a tracking number, eta or a proof of my order.

The same and only answer i have everywhere is to wait and ill get something one day.
I tried to ask them at least for a proof that my order is existing and they are ignoring me.

Im in the process of a dispute refund.

Unfortunately, i dont recommand to anyone.

A company that uses influencers for marketing without paying them. In no world does a company run a good business while having this practice!
Also their reviews are obviously paid -ecstatic feedback predominantly from female users with just one review (of said company) on their profile. Sorry, no one makes their one and only review of sex toys!🙈
Reply to company's reply that I can't review the company unless actually buying something - experience with an enterprise starts long before sticking a sex toy up you know where. So if there are concerns already at the introduction stage I feel I have to share them with others. However if I'd follow your logic I'd be reinforcing your practice while also giving you profit. That's not happening.

Go elsewhere and stop funding this company that can't even pay it's influencers or ship products to customers

This company is a scam and it takes advantage of their influencers by not paying them and rips off customers by not shipping them their paid for products. Only speculation, but I am gathering that they create fake accounts to post "good" reviews to continue this scam. Oohcompanion needs to be shut down!

SCAM! We were hired by ooh companion to review their toys. While we did receive the toys (very cheaply made and unimpressive despite the "fantastic" reviews), they refused to pay us and have stopped all communication with us as we have tried to resolve the dispute. I filed with the ACCC; this business should be shut down. It is a fraudulent scam set up to take advantage of women and steal money from customers.

I purchased the bundle a little over a month ago. I have received an email stating that my order has shipped and that they will provide me with a tracking number in the following email.
To this day I have not received a tracking number I tried reaching out to them in an email to their customer support and it did not go through because it said the domain did not exist. I then went to their website to see if I could find another email or phone number to call them and their website is completely down! I went to their Instagram and they have it listed as private (which is weird for a business) and also their non-existent Facebook.
I was able to send them a message on Facebook messenger as that seems to be the only way to get a response from them, and it was all very generic responses. it seemed like they didn't even pay attention to my questions and concerns. they said my tracking number will be sent out by my 'courer' which doesn't make sense since they are the ones that sent the package and as a business should have it on file.
I then explained that to them and then a day goes back before they stated "we are facing some issues regarding the orders due to covid. thank you so much for your understanding." which honestly to me seems like an excuse.
Sorry for my rant, if I could I would give them zero stars. Please do not spend your money on this company it is a scam. I am in the process of trying to get my money back.

Ordered a bundle in May…never received it and they have stopped communication. I have been asking for a refund or an update on my order and nothing. When I took to messaging their Instagram for a response or news they blocked me.

Terrible experience.

I made an order over a month against assuming my product would arrive within 5 days. Never heard anything since. I have emailed numerous times and not once gotten a response. They have no option to comment on Instagram posts or message or phone number. They are just pocketing everyones money and using promos to get people sucked in and keep spending. Disgraceful service considering the tough times at the moment for some people who can't get back the money they have spent with them.

Don’t do it or you will be out the money. I placed my order in April and still don’t have it. Every couple of weeks I get an email saying my order shipped but I never get tracking and it never arrives. When you email them they don’t respond, when you DM them on Instagram they don’t respond, you can’t post comments and they have no phone number. I’m embarrassed I trusted it and it was a huge waste of money.

Do not purchase from this company. I placed an order on July 4 and have still not received it 4 weeks later. I’ve tried contacting them and they don’t respond.
Please do not spend your hard earned cash with this company they are dodgy!!!

This company is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely PATHETIC advertising techniques, messaging girls on Instagram saying they have won vouchers but the voucher is only redeemable on 1 item, which is twice the price of the voucher! Tricking people into thinking they’re getting a good deal when the only price is spending money you didn’t want to. Way to rope in customers with dishonesty!! Not to mention they did this to me, then when I said I wasn’t interested they ignored my messages, were rude and never removed me from their text list. I have asked on at least FIVE occasions and every time I am told I have been removed, only to receive another text about the next sale ffs. HARASSMENT IS NOT HOW YOU MAKE GOOD HONEST BUSINESS!!! Do better

Purchased an order on the 29th of May (today is 14th of July) after "winning" a giveaway on Instagram. Never received. They've been keeping saying they were sorry for the late delivery and then stopped answering. I made some research on IG since they stopped answering to emails and IG messages and don't allow to comment under their posts anymore. What I've found is other girls with my same experience and also influencers who were not paid for their giveaway posts or were paid only after spamming them. I should have known better before spending 120€ on their products, who some say are also available for 20$ on other websites. I've also tried to reach them through Facebook and their support had the bravery to ask me to not spam messages because "they don't help you".. what?? Are you serious? Get away from this company!!

I won one of the competitions run by Ooh Companion on Instagram and the prize was a voucher for half off their Ooh bundle. I still paid a lot of money even with the voucher code. I waited for weeks and then emailed to find out how much longer it would be. I had an apology email and a text a few days later saying my order had shipped and I would receive further details soon. This never happened and I am still waiting. There is no contact phone number for this company, and no one is responding to my emails anymore. I want to ask for a refund but I know I won’t ever get one. Don’t order anything from these scammers!

I have paid for my order in April and still haven't received my order, have emails promising it will be shipped the end of the week but still waiting! Have sent three emails the last three weeks with no response! Don't order from this company it will never show up!

This company may seem legit but it’s far from it ! I ordered over a month ago and still can’t even get a reply back about my order, on their website it says all orders shipped within 1 day from Melbourne that is a complete lie I even texted them on Instagram before I ordered to make sure they had stock they told me they did and now they can’t send me a tracking number or even reply , biggest scam !! SEND ME MY ORDER THAT IVE PAID FOR AND STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF , on your website is says all orders shipped within 1 day from Melbourne I even messaged yous to make sure you had stock than once I paid it’s been over a month I can’t get a reply from Instagram or emails and you won’t even send my a tracking number biggest scam oh and now yous are trying to report my review on here !!! What a joke and waste off time
