Ordered in March. I never received my order after being super patient I decided to email the CS to see where my package was as it said it had sent a few months after I ordered. Never heard back from CS and now email is inactive. 100% a scam and waste of money. Never order anything from them.

Do not buy from this company! Just google them and read the BuzzFeed article,that should be enough. Sadly I myself also fell for it when, after "winning a 200$ giftcard" (very much their selling trap tactic) , I purchased the Bundle. It took them more than 6 months and dozens and dozens of Emails from my side to finally get them to send me the package, only because I threatened legal action when asking for a full refund. It is a huge scam, they lied about so many things in the emails, (the package was lost, sent to a wrong location, mishandled by the post, sent but never arrived, when the tracking clearly showed it never left their facility) and promised things they never did (extra gifts to apologise for the inconvenience, extra discounts, partial refunds etc) and pretended to be different people all the time, so that you had to restart the whole complaint process from the start. Sadly the sex toys are fabulous (apart from one minor design fault in the Wand, as it'a not easy to find the buttons if in the dark or if you use lube) but the company is not reliable. I know of way too many people who didn't get their orders and who didn't get paid for collabs. Don't fall for it

Didn't turn up. I had to get a refund from my bank. Couldn't email as they closed the email down. SCAM

Placed my order in July and never received it. I have sent emails regarding my order and twice they told me it was being shipped and I would receive a tracking number when it shipped, I never received a tracking number. I have tried emailing three more times and the email is sent back undeliverable. Very bad customer service.

We haven't received our order we placed from 7.22.21 (we're 2 days away from 3 months since we've placed our order) we jumped on a promo and we figured it was taking so long because it was such a great promo. We've reached out to CS multiple times and they tell us to wait and they give us no explanation or ETA. Very, very disappointing.

We'd love to tell you the products are great but we can't without actual products.....

It’s a scam

Terrible company. Australian consumer laws have them as a known fraudulent marketer. I was given my money back fast via fair trade as ooh companion is a known scammer. To bad I didn't realise until after they scammed me.

As a consumer I don’t feel comfortable purchasing from this company, engaging with there products, associating myself with them in any way. I don’t feel safe or trust them as a company.

I do regret purchasing from them and would prefer to dispose of all items.

I have spent my own money with this company and “won” a gift card from them that I did use and received products that I either purchased or was gifted.

I have read a lot of mixed reviews and mixed options on this company and don’t feel comfortable with the way they come across on social media. I feel like they have prompted questions in the past that I feel were inappropriate and in terms of promoting I feel like that is seen to be inappropriate also.

Have sent multiple emails with no response

I have received nothing. I have sent numerous emails and messages and have gotten nothing in return. So so so disappointed with my experience which ooh companion, I will never purchase from again.

Nearly 3 months. Still haven't received my products.

In short, don't purchase from this company unless you want to waste your time forever chasing your tail to get a refund; or at the very least your products.

Very horrible company and fraud. It's been five months. I have no products and they have no response. 🙈 If you do not want to waste money, beware of this fraudulent company.😬

I never received my order that I ordered over 3 months ago. Would not recommend this company or ordering from them.

I never received my items. I ordered in early July and got shipping confirmation a few days later but I never got a tracking number and 3 months later I still don't have the products or a refund. I emailed them a few times with very poor results and eventually the email no longer existed so I went to their facebook messenger service and got empty promises to keep me updated and telling me it should arrive soon despite me asking for a refund. Only buy from them if you are willing to lose a lot of money.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star if I could. Placed an order on the 8/8/21. Now at the beginning of October and never received my order. Contacted multiple times and I get the run around. The courier has my order, then due to lockdowns there is a delay, then the courier has it again etc etc. They have stopped replying to all my messages and emails now which infuriates me even more. They refuse to refund my money despite the fact they never sent my order. Horrible business to deal with.

It’s been over 3 months and I haven’t received a tracking number NOR my product… fraud. Reached out to their “customer service” and they couldn’t directly answer anything either. I ordered back at June, it’s now hours away from October and NOTHING!
