I have paid for the product and have not recieved the product , as have many customers it serms x

This website and their new venture monarchy London both are scam websites. Please guide me on a way to report this to the authorities.

I was going to order from here but after seeing the reviews I will not. Spectracases do better.

I ordered a phone case from Spectra back in March. I did receive an order and tracking number when I purchased the case so I was able to track the case. About two weeks later all of the tracking information stoped so there was no updates of the phone case, which I just presumed that the global pandemic was just delaying orders as most flights had stoped around the world. I waited until last week for the case to come and I then made the decision to contact Spectra Cases for a refund as I presumed my case was no longer coming, to which they responded within 48 hours and gave me my refund. My phone case actually came today and they allowed me to keep it for the inconvenience cause with the delivery. I do believe that Spectra is not a scam I think it was just bad timing to order from a country that is extremely far away from my own (Ireland) and with the pandemic going on everything was delayed. The phone case I received was of good quality and I can tell it’s very durable so I do recommend, when the world is in a better place to order a case from them

I ordered from spectra cases a while ago and item didn't arrived as it said it will be in 14 days before i purchased. Obviously seller don't respond to my emails. I payed by card for some stupid reason so i don't there is a way to get money back... Please don't buy from this site as it's a biggest scam ever...I never had an experience like that in my life and i hope i will never have one again...

Ordered from this company April, emailed multiple times and never received my item. Don’t order from this company, it’s a scam!

Bought a phone case back in April, it never arrived & there has been no reply to multiple emails I have sent. Reported to trading standards.

ordered my case and a watch strap in January, knew there may be delays due to covid however it is now the end of May and it still hasn’t arrived. No response to any of my emails/ messages on social media and WhatsApp. Absolute scam! They ought to be ashamed of themselves

Wish I could give it 0 starts. I ordered in January and still haven’t received my cases. I spent £40!!!! No reply on emails either I have emailed 5 times and still no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

If I could pick 0 stars I would have. Total scammers. Never received my case and never got any response via email. Don’t be fooled by their fake reviews everywhere including on Instagram. Total joke. Submit your dispute to your bank ASAP.

I do not like to leave negative comments but I ordered a case, it has been 4 months and it has not arrived yet. I wrote several emails, nobody has replied yet. If you will write an email regarding any issue, you will see that nobody responses to it.

Took a while to arrive but I am from the UK and these come from Hong Kong (that’s what the parcel tracker said) but I didn’t mind waiting. The case is lovely and good quality, would recommend and its cheaper than other places if you can wait a couple of weeks for it to arrive (depending on where you live). Very happy with my purchase!

Never got my phone case and would never reply to my emails regarding it.would not recommend

Never received my case been shipped for a month now. If you like your money don't buy from them it's a total scam. No replay to emails nothing SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered a phone case on the 3rd of January, which still hasn't arrived.

I was charged instantly and have still not received the case. I have emailed their 'customer service' 5 times now, with no reply whatsoever and no update on my order.

Avoid this company and take your money elsewhere !

Ordered a phone case but it turns out they’ve sent the wrong one. As previous reviewer said, they happily took my money but now won’t respond to my emails trying to rectify the problem.

I ordered a case for my Mother in January and they happily took my money but have never sent the item or answered any email

Do not order from this company!!!! There is No way to corespond with this company. I have never been notified of my order placed on 3/10 ...... and it’s now April 7th and I have Not received anything.... Also the amount charged to my credit card was not the same amount reported to my credit card company, it was MORE!!!!!!

I got a popsocket and the quality is bad. Mini mouse is just glued on and peeling off 5 min after pulling it out of the package (not even on my phone yet) the shipping was also a month long (2 weeks later than it was estimated)

I see that ALL the bad reviews have been reported by spectracases!!!! Lol
Dont trust these people,i brought an item from them which hasnt arrived!!!! Yet they are telling me it has!!!! I sent over 4 emails asking questions and not a single answer from them,i logged a dispute with pay-pal and got a refund 14 days later and they still havent got back too pay-pal with answers!!!! But now all of a sudden i get an email requesting payment for my item which they claim has been delivered but hasnt!!!!!DONT order from these people you will be potentially robbed!!!!
