Product never arrived. Unable to contact support team. Complete no show and overall disappointing experience

Well, to put it plain. This company stole $200 from me and I would never suggest anyone to purchase anything from them. Ever.
They would reply via customer service with some excuses when I asked where my order was or whether I could contact the postal companies myself, but eventually I stopped getting a reply. Safe to say this is all a scam. Such a shame!

Total scam. Don’t waste your time.

I have yet to receive my order that I placed 3 months ago. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times and have never received a reply back. The website was down and I couldn’t figure out how to get a hold of anyone. Extremely frustrating and would not order from this company again.

Still haven’t received my order, have sent multiple emails & been responded too saying it’s been shipped & I’d get my tracking number soon. I ordered in august.. getting a bit ridiculous now.

Ordered on the 4th of august and still haven't received my items. No shipping updates or anything, and so hard to get any customer service

Absolute terrible customer service, delayed package, no support. I am normally someone who is super flexible and always happy with my service places (as I have worked in customer service for YEARS) but this has been the worst experience thus far. Highly disappointed

My order never came. Made the order back in August and reached out twice in September for a simple update or tracking info. Which was promised to have been provided within 3 business days. No reply. Emailed twice. Only to be rejected by email seeing as they had me blocked. Went to their Instagram account and it's private. Even their Facebook page and Facebook Messenger is just automated and privated. For a business this is completely unprofessional. I've reached out multiple times in these past months and I'm still disputing the payment to be returned back with my own bank as there hasn't been any update. And then I get an email today asking me to rate?!? So frustrated and annoyed at the lack and mockery of my money and time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!

I am so disappointed - I purchased 1x blush and the pack of 3.. The blush turned up but the pack did not - i contacted them over EMAIL (4times) AND MESSENGER WOTH NO REPLY!!

I didn’t even get my products. I had to go to my bank to get my money back. What a scam. Not happy.

I didn’t receive a tracking number, I didn’t receive my order and I didn’t receive a response to 3 emails asking for an update and 2 emails asking for a refund. Absolutely appalling customer service and likely a scam! I don’t recommend this company!
