After having a problem while ordering on line, I phoned Customer Service and was transferred to James who was extremely helpful and I was happy to received my order the very next day.

They never kept me informed of the…
They never kept me informed of the order and they said it would take 7- 10 days when I first inquired it took about 6 to 8 weeks. As far as anything else once they got it from the factory the service was good.

Knowledgeable, Friendly and Price Competitive
Completed this purchase by telephone which was hitch free. As a user of a powered wheelchair i had a replacement in mind and had already checked its price at other dealers. I was asked about my disability and what i needed from a wheelchair before suggesting those nearest to my needs. At no time did i feel any pressure selling
Deal done and 3days later was telephoned to arrange delivery which was on time. The engineer talked me through its operation and checked that i was happy with it.

James is a star
James has been nothing short of absolutely amazing!
I placed the order with him after enquiring online, and he has been fab from start to finish.
There were unfortunately some manufacturers delays, but James kept me informed, and him and his manager went above and beyond to make sure my wheelchair got to me as soon as possible. They managed to pull some strings and get a last minute delivery, which got to them on the Friday afternoon and was delivered to me at 9am Sunday morning.
