Une honte, aucun service client. Ça joue la montre, ça ne répond pas aux mails, au téléphone ce n’est pas mieux. On reste sans solution et surtout sans poussette car cassée au bout de 8mois!!!

We bought the Maxi-Cosi Iora Air. Horrible and unsafe for infants! The crib inside is not leveled and therefore the newborn rolls to the front of the co-sleeper, where no mesh is present, posing an additional high risk. We contacted Maci-Cosi about how to level up to flat surface but to no avail. And we are not an isolated case! After noticing the issue, we searched online and found the issue was risen several years before! Cannot believe the co-sleeper is available for purchase! And for a hefty price! Beware!

Fantastic customer service. We have the maxi-cosi Car seat, which having only been five months old Developed a fault where the foam had come loose in the seat. After a quick online chat and email with the video of the problem, a brand-new car seat has been sent to us today no hassle at all. The baby is very comfortable in the Car seat, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Got bedside crib from them , rocking bars missing trying to get in contact with them is impossible and part is not available anywhere, I bought all my stuff from maxi cosi and and deeply regretted, do not buy !

Commande d'une poussette et d'un habillage pluie donc 2 colis. on m'informe le matin que les colis arriveront dans la journée entre 12h et 15h aucun coup de téléphone rien du tout.. je reçois un email les colis sont au relais pick-up.. j'appelle DPD car problème de santé pour aller chercher la poussette.. je paye quand même pour qu'elle arrive à la maison entre parenthèses on me répond on ne peut pas vous représenter les colis le livreur a le droit de déposer en cas d'absence ou de défaut d'adresse !!! le défaut d'adresse !! c'est facile ils ont changé une lettre au nom de la rue alors que sur le bon de commande l'adresse était bonne et roule ma poule ça part en relais pick-up sans jamais passer par devant la maison et c'est pas la première fois que j'ai un souci ..DPD..on me demande de contacter Maxi-Cosi... je contacte Maxi-Cosi qui me dit qu'il faut que je contacte DPD et voilà chacun se renvoie la patate chaude donc moralité ni Maxi-Cosi ni DPD... terminé...
Je pense que Maxi-Cosi doit prendre ses responsabilités et se retourner vers le livreur que lui a choisi moi je n'ai pas choisi DPD c'est Maxi-Cosi qui l'a choisi donc tant pis pour Maxi-Cosi vous venez de perdre un client.. j'espère que la poussette sera de bonne qualité car si besoin d'un SAV je crains le pire avec Maxi-Cosi..

We were very excited with our new travel system when we first received and never again.
After a few days the front wheels started to get stuck and become worst as the time went on. Was impossible to manoeuvre and getting stuck at any time. Such was the fault that we stopped using it as were afraid of getting stuck in the middle of a road or getting stuck going down any curve causing an accident.
Maxicosi replaced the travel system and we hoped that the fault was just a one off.
Little we knew that the replacement one is even worst than the first one. It is extremely dangerous, unsafe and definitevely should be retired from the market.
Still waiting to hear from the company. Will keep updating.

Achat d’une poussette LEONA 2 en août dernier.
Gros défaut sur le système de pliage ainsi que sur une des barres pour plier le châssis.
Aubert envoie donc en SAV, retour par maxi cosi , rien est fait hormis graisser le système régulièrement !

Aubert s’assure de la fiabilité du produit et voit toujours la défaillance.
Renvoie en SAV de nouveau.
Système de pliage graissé et roues changées soit disant un problème à été vu.

Retour de la poussette , utilisation régulière je vois encore un souci donc je repars chez Aubert pour demander un revoie en SAV.
Heureusement qu’ils ont poussé jusqu’au bout ( ils sont vraiment très à l’écoute).

Finalement maxi cosi renvoie le châssis (neuf en février 2024 soit 6 mois plus tard) car effectivement après expertise poussée , le châssis avait un gros défaut et nous avons peut être éviter le drame. Il a fallût 6 mois d’obstination à nous clients et à Aubert pour faire comprendre au SAV maxi cosi que ça n’allait pas avec cette poussette, (450€) tout de même.
Nous nous attendions à un geste de la part de la marque (nous avons acheté le dernier cosy pebble 360 pro), aucun geste sur ce soit pour l’achat de la base (qui a un coût certain) ou autre …déçu de la marque et non de Aubert (qui a fait tout son possible), si nous avions su nous aurions changé de marque pour le cosy et le reste !
J’espère que maxi cosi verra cet avis qui n’est pas favorable du tout.

The Maxi Cosi Jade Car Travel Cot is the best investment we could have made for our baby! It's excellent quality, so comfortable and made our baby's long car journeys so much smoother than we could have imagined. We had to make three unexpected long road trips and stumbled across this. It was a lifesaver and I highly recommend to anyone who is taking a long road trip and doesn't feel that a car seat is suitable. The baby can fully recline and looks really stylish too.

2 commandes passées chez eux = 2 problèmes = 2 annulations de commandes et à ce jour 1 seul remboursement de leur part malgré mes demandes persistantes. Entreprise qui ne respecte aucun délai, je déconseille fortement !!

My Girlfriend and I bought a Maxi Cosi Zelia Luxe pram from the Pram Centre in Glasgow, and I have to save, the buggy is a dangerous death trap.

The front wheels of the buggy keep jarring to the point that I've went down a curb and when I went to push the pram forward, the wheels jarred sideways and I nearly tipped the baby up and out of the buggy.

It's a dreadful contraption and I'd advise anyone not to purchase this product in order to transport your child.

Now the wheels won't even go in a straight line, so it will be going to the recycle centre and we now need to purchase a new one.

We purchased a travel system in 2021 and all was fine. Only recently the frame started to fold down when using it which wasn’t good when using it with a newborn.
I contacted Maxi Cosi and was in touch with Emily in customer service and she could have not been more helpful. She organised for a replacement to be sent out next day. She was understanding and answered emails promptly to ensure we were kept up to date.

Very bad company to deal with!!!!!! No phone number and you are then stuck with either emailing them or chatting via the live chat service !!! They lied to me telling me I will receive the full amount of refund and I never did!!!! The item was bought from Boots online but Maxi Cosi had sent it to me. Both companies are a bunch of liars and scammers!!!!! Taken nearly 2 weeks and even now I don’t get my full refund !!!!!!!!!

Nous avons commandé une poussette et un cosy pendant le black friday. La commande a été reçue très rapidement mais le cosy n'était pas de la bonne couleur. Le service client a été vraiment très efficace, ils répondaient à mon mail dans la journée. En revanche, j'enlève une étoile pour le transporteur DPD qui est une catastrophe, ils ont perdu deux fois le colis ! Heureusement que Maxi Cosi était réactif et nous a renvoyé le produit manquant.

I requested a service of our car seat - initially had good correspondence and paid £90 for a service only for them to go silent and not respond to numerous emails requesting to book collection of the car seat. Have requested an update or a refund but with no response. Not sure what has happened??

Parce qu'on ne peut pas mettre 0 étoile.
Poussette châssis de mauvaise qualité au bout de 3 mois la poussette s'est dévissée. Le châssis c'est complètement cassé tout par tout. Le système est parti, j'ai mis trois mois à pouvoir contacter Maxi-Cosi, le transporteur devait venir pour chercher la poussette. Il n'est jamais passé et aucune solution d'échange de la part de Maxi-Cosi.
Poussette dangereuse vu le nombre d'étoiles vu les critiques sur les réseaux sociaux, il serait temps d'écouter vos acheteurs et d'agir ! N'achetez pas cette poussette, vous serez déçu, renseignez-vous sur tous les avis.

Enquired on their instant chat as their website spouted about how much safer a 5 point harness is yet the photo of the infant carrier I looked at only showed 3 point… to be lied to by the agent and told a 5 point infant carrier doesn’t exist (which they do). When I told them one of the ones which existed, they said it was a next stage seat (it wasn’t), when I told them it was an infant carrier and they do exist they turned really rude.

So their website is very misleading and their staff very rude.
