Wow. Actually hard to believe how bad their customer service is. They just don't get back to you.
just awful baby products!
The monitor/camera always goes offline or glitches so you have to constantly be alert which basically takes the point away from having the camera there. It’s just really badly thought through I won’t recommend it at all. It’s expensive and bad which is not a good combination!

Service après-vente déplorable : ils mettent une éternité à répondre, même en cas d’urgence.
J’ai commandé une poussette trio, livrée avec des pièces manquantes il y a plus de deux mois. Étant enceinte, il m’est impossible de retourner le colis comme ils me l’ont demandé. De plus, à cause de son volume, la plupart des points relais refusent de le prendre.
Après plusieurs échanges, ils m’ont proposé d’envoyer un livreur à mon domicile et m’ont demandé mes disponibilités, ce que j’ai immédiatement communiqué. Pourtant, à ce jour, le colis est toujours chez moi, malgré mes nombreuses relances. Aucune solution concrète, aucun suivi sérieux.
Je déconseille fortement cette marque !
J’envisage par ailleurs à faire un signalement auprès de la DGCCRF

The worst customer service and indeed company. We bought a pram less than 12 months ago, and we need to replace its bar handle. We contacted them, and they said they do not have it because the pram production line has stopped. Every Maxi-Cosi product has a year warranty when it is purchased, and I wonder how they stopped producing parts, given they sold some products that are still under warranty.
Now, they place my child in danger and push me to purchase another pram for my little one. They rapidly change their models and stop their products. I will take legal action against this company. I hope that no one buys their products in the UK.

My friend gifted me a pram she had but it was missing three pieces:
Cover, handle bar and matress. So my friend emailed maxi cosi uk from her email adress to find out if we could order these missing pieces to go with the pram i already had, this was in September 2024. We were told to send a picture of the pram so you guys could see the missing pieces so we did. You guys then confirmed the order could be made and these pieces could be delivered so I placed an order. ORDER NUMBER: 3002890527. Please bear in mind that you could see the colour of the pram in the email. Fast forward November goes by and December too, still nothing has been sent, my friend is then told via email that you’re having issues with your provider and that the pieces will come end of January. The other day the cover finally arrived but to out surprise you guys sent it in the wrong colour BLACK instead of TRUFFLE which you can clearly see the pram is TRUFFLE in the email. So i now take to Live chat to explain that you guys have sent the wrong colour cover, and im told by agent SOPHIE RICHARDSON that you guys have sent the black cover instead because you no longer have the Truffle cover. In which i responded why wern’t we informed this before I made the order. You guys saw the colour of the pram and knew you didnt have the matching cover, proceeded to take my money, made me wait from September 2024 to January 2025 only for me to receive the wrong item. I’ve been as patient as possible but im due next month and still have no pram because you guys have absolutely wasted my time instead of telling me 4 months ago that you didnt have the corresponding piece. Not only did she disregard my situation completely but she then logged off the chat and didn’t offer me a solution. She didn’t offer me a Refund, she didn’t pass me on to a manager, she didn’t offer me anything, instead she logged off the chat and left me hanging to which i have proof.I then connected to another agent straight after that only gave me excuses instead of just checking the email history ( i provided her with my friends email so she could check this as all the information is there ) instead i had to re explain absolutely everything just like i’m having to do now. The first thing i asked when i got through to her was to pass me on to a manager. Fast forward I haven’t been given a reason as to why you guys have made me make a purchase when you knew that the colour you sent/have available doesn’t match my pram. Quick to take my money but when i now ask for a refund after 4 MONTHS of patiently waiting and being understanding about your issues with the providers, I am told that i have to send the cover back before my refund can be made. I don’t see how this is fair because i wasn’t the one that sent the wrong cover. If you guys would have sent the right pram cover or would have told me back in OCTOBER that the covers you have available Dont match the pram in the email my friend sent, i would have never ever placed the order to beguin with! Instead you guys saw the pram ZELIA LUXE IN TRUFFLE and gave me the go ahead to make the order which has been nothing but stress as it’s arrived SUPER LATE Why do I now have to wait EVEN MORE for MY MONEY when I wasn’t the one who purchased the WRONG ORDER? You guys sent me the wrong order and when i ask for my money back i have to wait even more?????I’ve waited 4 months its a piss take, im 8 months pregnant now with no pram pieces, i now have to buy a new pram last minute because you guys have taken the absolute piss. So i would like to place a complaint, your customer service, your lack of empathy, your rubish problem solving, all i have been met with is complete disregard 0 solutions and i think its cheeky to ask me to send a wrong order back before i can get a refund, let alone expect me to pay delivery. 0 decency and respect for your customers especially when heavily pregnant. I wan’t nothing to do with you guys all i wan’t is to place a complaint and to get my money back straight away as it was taken from me straight away.

I do not recommend their products. After I bought and used some week their children's wheelchair appeared with the front wheel problem that was stuck. I tried to replace the product and it was supposed to upload video with proof of my video that lasted 20 seconds I couldn't upload because it was too big. did not want to replace the product or to return the money

Absolutely impossible to get a refund for a product. They use the returns service durell who do not show up and have no contact details to rearrange. This has took almost 4 weeks to organise.

My Maxi-Cosi Lara2 unfortunately broke. The team at Maxi-Cosi couldn’t be anymore helpful. They arranged for my old one to be collected and replaced it with a brand new stroller. My stroller was 12 months old at the time of failure however there 24 month warranty covered everything.

I do not recommend the brand, terrible service and low quality brand. I bought a defective stroller and they asked me for 3 days to fix it, it's been almost a month and nothing, they don't give me any feedback or position, I have a 3-month-old baby and it would be impossible to go all that time without it, I had to buy another one
mauvaise qualité
J'utilise la poussette Zelia 3 depuis un peu moins d'un an, sachant que jusqu'a l'âge des 5/6 mois de mon fils je n'est utilisé que le cosi tant en poussette que dans la voiture. Bébé à grandit et s'assoit je decide donc d'installer la nacelle en assise afin qu'il puisse être plus a l'aise. Cela fait seulement 4 mois que j'utilise la nacelle et celle ci est littéralement en train de se déchirer je ne peut plus mettre mon fils a l'intérieur.
JE contacte donc le service après vente et ils ont le culot de me dire que la qualité du tissus n'est pas prit en charge dans la garantie que c'est du a l'usure du produit !!!!!!!!!!!
De plus les roues ne fonctionne pas correctement quasiment depuis le début (bloque au moment de tourné, ne se remette pas droit etc...)
Marque a ne pas acheter si vous voulez de la qualité !!

Achat d’une base isofix et de la poussette trio Zelia le 20/07/24.
Le 31/07/24, je contacte le service client car la base n’a pas été livrée. Le temps que Maxi Cosi me renvoie celle ci, nous trouvons une autre solution et par conséquent nous n’en avons plus l’utilité. J’obtiens donc (non sans mal) une étiquette de renvoi le 07/08/24 et leur demande un remboursement de cette fameuse base.
Maxi Cosi reçoit le carton mi août (carton impeccable puisque nous ne l’avions pas ouvert). Je les appelle, les contacte pour savoir quand aura lieu le remboursement. On me promet que le montant sera versé au plus tard début septembre.
Aujourd’hui, 03/10/24, j’attends toujours malgré des 10aines de messages, d’échanges et de nombreuses relances! Des promesses, des promesses… mais aucune action! C’est honteux… du vol!
Parlons produits, le trio est pratique mais on comprend la différence de prix avec d’autres marques ou d’autres modèles lorsque l’on voit la qualité. Le protège soleil de notre nacelle par exemple n’a jamais tenu…
Je ne vous conseille pas de passer directement par le site de Maxi Cosi si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre temps
Long lasting and great customer service
We are onto our third child with the Adorra pram set. The front wheels had become a little bit wobbly so I spoke with Maxi Cosi who sent two new front wheels for free. It’s like having a new pram!

Des centaines d'euros dépensés chez Maxi Cosi. Le retour de 2 articles est validé le 08.08 et aujourd'hui le 16.08, toujours aucuns remboursement et Maxi Cosi me menace de me retourner les articles.
J'ai aussi acheter la poussette FAME à 1200 euros. Et la batterie externe est lamentable, elle ne tient pas.

I do not recommend maxi cosi
I would not recommend purchasing from Maxi Cosi, I bought a stroller and car seat from them for my new born baby. After only 12 weeks of minimal use of the stroller (I babywear a lot) the brakes became stuck on leaving me stranded with my baby. Maxi cosi were extremely unhelpful in resolving the matter only offering a repair which would require me being without a pram for an extended period of time. They were also unapologetic and slow in their communication with me.
Avoid at all costs
Strongly advise to avoid buying from these. Stroller broke within 3 months and customer service are keep claiming it’s being sent to the handler and then never doing anything about it. They claim repairs are done within a few working days but they haven’t even read our case after a week and multiple times calling up about it.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I didn't realise such a huge brand has such poor customer service until I actually needed some service! It's taken a month of back and forth emails with slow replies in between to get an issue sorted. Bad communication and couriers being booked to my home address without any notice. Telephone line is only open until 1pm and cuts you off after 10 mins of waiting.
Think about chargeback with your bank
No customer service! I have contacted them, I am waiting and I have no answer. I was charged even though the order was cancelled. Do not hesitate to make a chargeback with your bank if you have a problem, it's the only solution. Find out more (declare it an unacceptable or general product and you'll be refund).
Total waste of my car seat
Bought a maxi cosy titan brand new £180, used it for less than 2 years for my son, I knocked the head rest while strapping him in one day and the polystyrene has snapped, I contacted maxi cosy to get new polystyrene headrest sent to me to be told it's £90 And I need to send the seat back to have it fixed. £90 for polystyrene 🤷🤷. Seat was meant to be for my second child to use as we kept it clean and in good condition but now it's for the bin apparently, appalling quality and service. These reviews on here speak volumes aswell 😭😭
