Luxon's support is on point, fees are good and what sets it apart from other ewallets is the personal IBAN within the wallet.

I’ve been using Luxon during my poker trip in Vegas and the experience has been great. Everything worked smoothly and the support team was always there when needed.

Special thanks to Boris. He was always helpful, quick to answer and made things very easy. When you’re grinding poker every day, having a reliable payment solution makes a big difference.

Very happy that Luxon is finally available in the US. Love being able to register with wsop using my credit card and without paying fees.
Hope Wynn/WPT and others will also start using them.

Pozwolili mi wpłacić $$$ kartą, a teraz nie pozwalają mi wypłacić moich pieniędzy na tą samą kartę!!! Chcą żebym wypłacił na konto bankowe, ale za przelew SWIFT biorą 20 euro. Fatalne podejście do klienta, a być może nawet oszustwo.

Rocco was a huge help when using Luxon Pay for WSOP buy ins and can’t recommend them enough.

Worst online banking ever, omg never using this again..2 times it had problems where i could not deposit and i havent used luxon that much. But reason im writing this review is that now my 79.79$ deposit goes through and taken from bank account but does not appear on my luxon account..online chat tells me to wait 2 hours so i check next day and luxon status on it is " failed " so no money there and no money transfered back to my bank account...i try to deposit $41 next day and same thing happens and again live chat cant do anything and just wait for it to fail and no money back....I understand banks might take few more days so i will update this review if i get my money.

12/06/2026 update: Still have not gotten my money, spoke to my bank and they confirm thats nothing went wrong on theyr side and that makes sense since they just approve the transactions but Luxon are the once taking the money to the luxon account...So i am still waiting for the money to bounce back to same payment method as luxon promised but i am getting really worried and this response from them does not mention anything about my stuck money and just other deposit options like i want to deposit again after they take my money but have not given it back since 6.Jun...outrage.

Recently downloaded the app via a recommendation of a friend. Really pleased as not having to pay any fees with deposit or withdraw. Customer Service team we're also great support when had initial questions.

Easy-to-use app and quick payments. When I had a question about my account, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Can't recommend them enough.

I wouldn't give a single star! Two accounts, mine and my husband's, were blocked. The employees are incompetent; they can't do anything without instructions, and when you ask them to look into the situation, they simply block you, WITHOUT EXPLANATION! Moreover, the same consultants work at Luxon and their partner, and they are completely incompetent. Thank goodness I didn't keep any money there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!

They also implemented iban for EU customers, removed bank withdrawal fees which majority of reviewers had issue here. Oh yeah and their black mastercard doesnt have card number on it, so if it gets stolen/lost nobody can use it - neat trick.

They need to work more on UX, its obvious they are a young ewallet.

LuxonPay is extremely user-unfriendly and overpriced. Withdrawal fees are ridiculously high, and there are no free cards, no referrals, and no real benefits for users.

Plenty of better, cheaper, and more user-focused alternatives exist. Stay away.

Bank transfers are slow and poorly tracked. My withdrawal showed “Completed” and my Luxon balance was debited, but the money took much longer than expected to arrive at Revolut. The fee is also high (€10). In comparison, Skrill bank withdrawals are cheaper (around €5.50) and usually arrive within hours/under 24h for me. The app UI is fine, but payout speed and transparency need a lot of improvement (clear timelines, better tracking/trace info, proactive status updates).

The fees are way too high i only wanted to withdraw my funds that was in account so had to 'deposite' money to recieve but then they had fees to withdraw a certain amount therefor had to deposite more. All in all i lost out on money. This website is very bad and decieving would not recomend to anyome to use at all.

If the company want too make it as hard as possible too make a deposit they done a great job.

I made withdrawal from a legal sportsbook, despite I provided them all proof of my funds they refused my payment and closed my account.

Luxon Pay has been outstanding from start to finish. The app is easy to use, transfers are fast, and fees are very reasonable. Customer support has been particularly impressive — every time I’ve had a question, the team responded quickly and professionally. I also appreciate the security features and how straightforward it is to manage different currencies. Overall, a reliable and smooth payment solution.

They put BWIN, LADBROKES, Sportingbet, Coral and any casino/sportsbook from Entain on blacklist.
Due that, now they are useless e-wallet for gamblers/bettors.
Ridiculous fees compared to Skrill

You will be scammed out of your money, only a fool sends money to these scammers, they closed my account with 2000usd in it, and they didn't even tell me the reason why.

I will not be using this service again due to the high fees. I was charged a fee when depositing money into my Luxon Pay account, and on top of that, a 10% fee was applied to my withdrawal amount. These charges are excessive, and I would much rather use cash than continue with such costly transactions.

Member since 2022 and used service for all poker buy-ins and pay-outs. Stopped using this year when they started introducing ludicrous fees. Despite having spent thousands previously, wasn't grandfathered in to a fee-less plan, and the plan brackets for lower or no fees are completely unrealistic (tens of thousands deposited per quarter to maintain no fees).
Instantly stopped using Luxon and resumed buying in with cash instead. No fees at my club with cash.
Will never ever use Luxon again unless they scrap fees for deposits and withdrawals.
