Zero transparency, poor product quality, and terrible customer experience.

After three weeks from the purchase, I had no updates at all about my order. I had to contact customer support myself, and only then was I informed that they had to remake the men’s pendant because it was defective. No proactive communication, no transparency whatsoever.

The necklaces were shipped after about four weeks from China, despite the fact that nowhere on the website is it stated that the products are made in China. On the contrary, the company claims to have offices in the US and Europe. Had I known this beforehand, I would have never paid that price for products made in China.

When the necklaces finally arrived, the issues continued:

the projection necklaces project the image upside down;

the chains are not the ones shown in the photos, but much thinner and clearly not durable.

Zero transparency, poor product quality, and terrible customer experience. Extremely negative overall experience — stay away.

I am still waiting to see the progress…

I am still waiting to see the progress of my order. None of your numbers exist to call, and when I try to log in to my account, it does not want me to. It also does not want me to change the password, and you did not send the email to change it. I wish that you could help me in some way to track my order and see that you are making progress with it and that you would make sure to deliver on time, as it is an important delivery.

I’ve been waiting 45 days now for them…

I’ve been waiting 45 days now for them to ship my order. They’ve given 6 different deadlines they would ship by and nothing. Ridiculous. Was supposed to be a birthday gift. Will never order from them again

Took a long time to arrive…

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t even shipped.took forever to get the first one. They said they’d send extra items (not necessary but also not true). When my item arrived it was broken and missing a stone. They did quickly send a new pair and refund my order. Just took way too long and probably won’t order from them again.

Haven't received my order
