Jade, my property manager at leaders loughborough has been amazing during my tenancy & truly supportive & sensitive to my needs, especially as I've had to terminate my tenancy due to a very, very sad family situation.
My whole experience with leaders over the last 12 years with Becca, Anna & latterly Jade has been professional, approachable,
friendly & understanding of my worries & concerns. Thank you very much to you all. 🤗

Iara has been looking after my flat for some time now. During that time she has kept me well informed of matters relating to it's maintenance and to the tenants.
Where action has been necessary she has found appropriate workmen. She has also provided effective communication between the tenants and us.

I’m two months into my letting agreement and had an issue with a water leak. A phone call to the office I got to speak to Lara and within 20 minutes, She had arranged a tradesman (Jamie what a star!) who called me, and came straight over. The who situation was fixed within 45 minutes. Pleasant and friendly on the phone and in person, what a cracking experience for a first time renter!

I don’t usually write reviews but after a lovely lady called Iara helped me sort out my council tax, which had taken me a week to solve it and she did it in a matter of hours I was so happy get one problem off my shoulder!!

Since dealing with Jade at Leaders, everything runs far more smoothly. I trust her judgement and know she’ll ensure everything is covered, providing tenants with a good standard property, whilst also filtering out the unreasonable requests.

I used this agent for number of years but recently have taken my business to another agent because I was fed up with the poor standard of service they provide. They never call you back, put poor contractors in to do repairs which needed redoing when we got the property back and gave false information on how one of my tenants was looking after the property. Found the property was dirty and left in a poor condition but we was told the property was clean and in good condition before we got the property back. This agent was hard work and failed to provide a satisfactory service.

Very friendly staff always answer the phone and always ready to help, made moving home seem alot easier than i remember it being. Jade our tenancy Manager is easy to get in touch with and very helpful.

Julie Moore was excellent and worked hard on the sale despite having to wait a long time till I was ready to put on market.
Heaven knows what the Move Manager does!? It is certainly not client liaison as that was non existent. It is now some 4 weeks since I completed, not a word from anyone at Leaders even to acknowledge me putting the keys through the door or to thank me for the business. That will put me off using Leaders again or recommending them.

Wow what can I say, I have always been so impressed by the way Leaders have always provided the ultimate customer experience but yet again it is that time of year where my Tenancy is up for renewal and I had the most fastest, smooth and most amazing/ outstanding journey ever and that is all thanks to Anna Burton.

With a few emails exchanged back and forth, I knew exactly what the next steps were and what I will be expecting to received for myself to complete. Thank you so much Anna (Burton) for being so amazing, making me also feel as though no question or correspondence was of any trouble to respond too and for making this process a great experience for myself and my little boy.

Leaders are truly amazing and I would recommend them to anyone I speak to and they are very professional, fast and will always be there to help.

As a trade working with Leaders Loughbourgh is always a pleasure. Anna Burton and her team are always professional and communication between all parties is excellent at all times.

I moved my portfolio to Leaders around a year ago following issues with my previous Managing Agents, and this was the best decision I made. Iara Tomas has been looking after the properties and is always on hand when needed, I cannot thank you enough.

Anna turned up at the agreed time and conducted the property inspection in a thorough, efficient and friendly way. The process didn't feel at all intrusive, more like a chat with a neighbour....and the report itself was copied to us for info later the same day.
A job well done !
