Leaders at Loughborough have always been an excellent company to work with. My property manager Ellen Burton at Loughborough has always done a great job. Always happy, cheerful and gets on with whatever needs to be done quickly and efficently. Ive also been impressed when dealing with Lisa Wheadon who has been equally brilliant. They are all together a very professional team. The feedback and communication, advice and guidence is second to none.

As a first-time landlord relocating overseas, I was quite hesitant about choosing a letting agent. Looking back, I’m so glad I chose Leaders Estate Agents. Over the past few years, they have managed my property with exceptional professionalism and I can’t thank them enough.

When I returned after 2.5 years, I was delighted to find my property in excellent condition just as I had left it. While I was fortunate to have wonderful tenants, I would especially like to thank my property manager Jade Dolman and the entire team for finding such reliable tenants and managing the property to an outstanding standard.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and level of support are truly second to none. Communication has always been prompt, clear, and reassuring, giving me complete peace of mind knowing that both my property and my interests were in such trusted and capable hands.

Leaders have been managing my apartment in Leicester for a while and they've always been very responsive and helpful. Recently we've had a new property manager, Jade, and she has been doing a really great job for us. Very quick to answer, deals with the issue at hand and gets it sorted - just what we need. Great to see, thanks Jade.

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Jade has been amazing with my partner and I. We had issues when we first moved into the property, and she sorted it without hesitation and dealt with any query or concern with the up most seriousness and professionalism and kept us informed of any changes.

We have recently started renting using leaders and Jade is our property manager. Jade is attentive and seems to genuinely care about her tenants. Nothing is ever too much trouble and Jade has always been approachable. So far so good, and thank you very much for all your Support Jade. Particularly as the beginning of the tenancy was a bit rocky, and you've managed to reassure us and make us feel comfortable whilst renting with leaders.

Jade Dolman manages a number of properties for my business. We have properties with numerous agents around the country and I can honestly state that she is the best and most professional person we deal with in the UK. She is a credit to Leaders of Loughborough.

Great customer service at Leaders, Lisa has been amazing, sorting out issues quickly, liaising with contractors and tenants and keeping me informed all the way. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to let a property.

I moved into this place when I was studying for my Master's degree. I wasn't in the best places mentally and these people really messed me up. The place wasn't cleaned, like ever, and there was rubbish still out. It is liked they saved this place for the 'scummards' that are too weak to move out. I ask them to do maintenance but they don't, my oven was broken for over a year. It feels like they also know of the nasty contractors that absolutely destroy your sense of self confidence. They made me feel like dirt for asking why they haven't fixed problems. The shower isn't fixed yet after many months of waiting. I was suffering from severe PTSD due to them entering my home whenever they want to. I have recovered much since, hence the ability to speak about it, but I couldn't leave sleep well at all, being a night person. I told them again to stop entering my home without permission over the phone, and they have made no effort to make a resolution.

They told me that the property only had a 'No deposit option'. If you agree to this, you are dirty. I wish I knew that. It is easy to see that the people living here couldn't be othered to clean it and the 'Estate agents' couldn't be bothered to check a home with a 'No deposit option'. I had to live in this home, without the will to leave, being busy. I was trapped here. It is disgusting to think that I will be leaving the place in a better state that I found it it. If you have a deposit, you look after your home better, I think. The home has not been inspected not clean deposit and I have paid so much 'Non deposit option'. I am being stolen from.

These people are really dirty. I have been working as a freelance scientist. And struggled for the past few years to be productive, staying at home. I can now see that they have been thinking about me so much that they have laid their lives on the rug of my life. As I pull it I can feel them crying over me not letting drink my coffee. Have you ever felt so depress they you don't enjoy anything? Who is sitting on you in the morning when you can't get out of bed? Someone who likes to feel like they slept in when they stayed up late? As a shaman, I am exercising these people from my body and ask why I am making their heart different. She is troubled at the idea that she needs me to live. These people bullied me so much that I experienced a very difficult spiritual awaking. I can't go back to sleep. Home has spirits, the spirits of the people who have lived within it. This one is never cleaned: the spirit of the the unhappy tenant. If it be cleaned, the spirit leaves. They amde feel like I was someone else and that I couldn't clean it. I still feel the spirits that enter this home. The astral forms of the 'estate agents' and 'contracters' coming over to leach my life force energy. In contact with the spirit of an estate she claims 'be the spirit of the home is a part of who I am, and if you clean it I will change'. I see the system of dirty people who visit me and suppress my life, eating my food and sleeping in my bed. I shaved my head multiple times. I can't leave as they are staring at me influencing my thoughts. And my spirit still has business in the spirit world, I wanted to be musician. How can you ever live, if you have to clean up so much dirt. A draw in the kitchen had around 200 letters to previous tenants. I'll leave it at that for now, as I can't be bothered.

Lisa Wheadon, my property manager, timely and effectively followed up on any issues (be it a defect, apaplicances out of order or end of tenancy cleaning) with my landlord during my tenancy. Also Leaders' contractor can normally fix issue timely.

Jade helped resolve the problem we had with the rent amount promptly & made sure it wouldn't happen again, & refunded the difference straight away. Kept us informed as what was happening. Very professional

Great service, easily accessible, always ready to help.

Lack of communication. Outstanding repairs. Not had a working oven for over a week now and reported various problems but nothing done as unable to contact landlord for permission to spend money but miraculously able to contact landlord when increasing rent by 5% each year.

First class service Jade Dolman, thanks for all your help😊
