Very glad to have Jade as our property manager. She is very attentive and always replies promptly. She has never let us down. We have happily settled in our new house through her care

Charlotte was a massive help!
When asked to find out some info for me she got straight on it and kept me well informed throughout the whole process and my question was answered quickly.

I’ve had constant updates, Charlotte was involved in the beginning and Mary took over the latter stages of getting workmen organised and ensuring my new tenants and myself were happy that the property was fixed. I am really happy with the service.

Simply do not just them,what seems to be a classic Leaders move is to mislead you into signing up to the no deposit scheme without explaining how it works, If you are able to pay the security deposit upfront please do so.when you sign up to the no deposit scheme you will not receive any off it back at the end off the tenancy!!!!!

Leaders were absolutely fantastic! Every response was quick and the team, especially Tori, were very helpful, polite and informative. Everything with our viewing, application and move in went smoothly and quickly.
Would highly recommend using Leaders and especially Tori! :)

Leaders are a pleasure to rent through. Whilst you can observe that they always promote the best interests of their landlords; somewhat surprisingly, a balance seems to have been struck in that as a tenant you feel well looked after aswell.
Staff appear to deal with support issues with a sense of urgency: Anna and Lara have been especially prompt at managing our maintenance requests so many to thanks to them and all the team, it's appreciated
