We have had an excellent experience with Leaders Loughborough. Jade Brasiewicz has been our property manager and has been excellent from start to finish. Emails and phone calls are responded to promptly and any issues resolved almost immediately.

Absolutely fed up of this company. So many times I have contacted them on the date a property goes up for rent and they get back to me with a date to view. Then they end up cancelling it ON THE DAY of the viewing saying it has already been let agreed. Another thing is they told me to wait two weeks for an online video tour even though I was really interested in the property. Turns out that’s just been let agreed. So other people don’t have to wait? Just a nightmare. Don’t want to ever have to deal with these scum in the future. Pathetic lot should be ashamed of themselves.

Charlotte Roberts has been an excellent property manager. She is very responsive and keeps me posted on updates frequently. Highly recommended

Jade has been a brilliant property manager for us. She has been so helpful throughout every need we have.

We experienced the most horrific customer service throughout dealing with you. It never at any point felt like anyone wanted to help us and the person who valued our house generally having an attitude and pricing it based on nothing more than what the last house sold for. Not interested at all in details of our house - if you didn’t want the sale don’t offer to value. We then had our offer accepted but the house price was reduced without even a message or call to let us know with context. When contacting they said were in the right to do what they what essentially. We were also scared in to inferring we wouldn’t be able to afford the house saying we needed full financial background checks above the standard. This wasn’t the case after a call. When collecting our keys we couldn’t actually reach anyone at the branch so had to turn up on a whim. I would NEVER choose to work with Leaders again and will be ensuring to share this with everyone and anyone selling or buying.

Charlotte at Loughborough Leaders is friendly, polite, easy to liaise with and very competent.
