Just wanted to thank Lisa Wheadon. She was just so professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her , she was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better to be honest.

Really appreciate the service, performance and experience of that provided by Lisa. Made everything really easy and showed professionalism thoroughout.

Lisa from Leaders is an incredible asset to the Leaders Loughborough branch and has consistently demonstrated strong communication, prompt responses, and has always been a delight to deal with. She’s gone above and beyond for anything and everything I’ve needed and has always treated me with respect and dignity. There isn’t enough stars on this review that will truly embody Lisa.

Would highly not recommended them again and would be the last people I’d ever use again. Completed our application form on their own backs, never even know my partners name but conveniently my partners psycho ex works there so must’ve completed it all for us. Asked to see the form and they reckon they can’t find it which is breaching GDPR and should let you see it and it shouldn’t have been taken off the system. Someone’s clearly covering for them and is acting thick.

I have completed a rental move through Leaders in Loughborough. Brooke Bradshaw, the letting consultant, was exceptional throughout the process proving clear communication at all stages of the process making the move as painless as I could have hoped. I have no hesitation in recommending Leaders and working with Brooke, again the future. Thank you!

Just completed a flat purchase through Leaders. Everything went very smoothly. Didn't communicate much with the Branch or Sales Team after the initial offer submitted as all liaising was done through our Sales Progressor, Yvonne Cranny, who was very proactive in getting answers and keeping things moving for us, whilst offering advice and reassurance along the way. A big shout out to Mia Mullan who after contacting a plumber on our behalf then went onto explain to the tenants how to sort the frozen condenser pipe out in a few simple steps. So pleased the tenants got the hot water back up and running.

It's right before New Year, I'm full of cold and woke up to the heating not working! I contacted my property manager, Charlotte Roberts who as always was extremely helpful and an electrician was sent and the problem solved. Heating back on before lunchtime! Thank you so much Charlotte Roberts, excellent service!!!

This is our first time letting our property and Leaders have been great from the initial valuation with Tara to Brooke taking over. Brooke has been so friendly and helpful, she has gone above and beyond to find us the perfect tenants and has always been at the end of the phone for any questions. Thank you ! In my time as a tenant, my experience with Jade as my property manager has been excellent.
She has always been proactive and quick to respond to any issues that may have arisen at the property.
She is conscientious, approachable and attentive to my needs as a tenant…..and always listened if I had any worries.
She also instinctively provides a good and clear channel of communication between myself and my landlord ….which is appreciated and gives me a sense of security.
