Easy and quick response to query
Easy and quick response to query, reasonable cost, so 4 out of 5 from me. We needed cover for only one day for a one-off event and it was a relief to know that it wasn't going to cost huge amounts.

Affordable and simple
Good price. Simple to insure. Quick and easy. Not sure what the tax was for nor how it was calculated. Unable to save details so had to enter them each time. Will use again.

With regard to the tax, IPT (or Insurance Premium Tax) is a tax that is applied to all insurance premiums (including things like your car or house insurance) & is stipulated by the government, so unfortunately it’s something we can’t control. It’s little bit like VAT, but charged at a lower rate (12%).
