Been ripped off

Been ripped off! Quoted £22 pcm but overcharged on the DD.
Called them only to be told the sales woman made a mistake.
Nope, that's not on. I've been had.
Cancelled it. Shame really.
Let's hope they can stick to the original offer?

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me directly.

I’m sorry again that the original premium was not communicated correctly. After reviewing this, I agree the policy and monthly cost should have been explained more clearly from the start, and the follow-up communication should have been better.

Since your review, we have spoken with the insurer, confirmed the current policy position, resent the relevant policy information, and provided a goodwill gesture as an apology for the confusion caused.

I have also logged this internally and taken steps with the team to make sure policy options, amendments and final premiums are confirmed and recorded more clearly going forward.

I appreciate this should not have happened in the first place, and I understand why you were frustrated. If you need anything further, please contact me directly and I’ll be happy to help.

Jonathon fro. This compa y handled my complaint.
It took him very little time to sort.
He refunded my mo ey and ga e me £50 amazon vou her.
Tha k you for sorting this out
One of there agents contacted me they had all my details from my life insurance company they told me my life insurance ran out when I was 67 so needed to be updated.
This was a scam
They took my first payment until my own insurance contacted me my life insurance ends when I die.
How did this company get all my details when asked they said I filled survey in, I did not
HOW DID THEY GET ALL MY PERSONAL DETAILS.
this company is a scam and has not refunded the money I paid.
Hang up when they phone you

I am sorry to read this and I can see from your comments that you are extremely unhappy with both the policy review and how your concerns have been handled.

I want to personally investigate this for you. This will include reviewing the original sales call, the cancellation call, the source of the enquiry, how your details were obtained, what was explained about your existing policy, and the payment/refund position.

Lyfesure is a trading name of Birchmount Solutions Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We take complaints and data concerns seriously, and I do not want any customer to feel misled or unclear about why they were contacted.
