Quick response once they received my gold. Gave me a valuation that I did not agree with, they asked me to send proof of the valuation I had given and they promptly matched it. The payment was in my bank the same day.

The reason for this was purely on the speed and quality of the customer service.
However the price shown for the 9 carat item on the day , was not was offered to me.
It was still better than your local pawnbrokers, but not what they advertise.

Brilliant! No sooner did they receive thf items, appraise them, call me, price agreed, money transferred over! I’d been sitting on this gold (and silver which I sent to another company) for years & years, for no reason: made a tidy profit
