Great Experience
I viewed a property last week through Mooved, it didn't quite fit me but the service was great. James booked my viewing promptly and the agent at the property was friendly.

A waste of time
Please dont be taken in by the marketing for Mooved. They make it sound like they have an almost guaranteed group of people waiting to buy houses. They follow a process but they dont do everything they can to sell your house or they didnt with ours. First they put our house on the market at 15K more than they were giving us and then, when it didnt sell immediately they advertised to 'investors' & that was it, in a market where investing is less attractive nothing happened. They didnt call me, I usually called them for updates and even when it was clear nothing was happening they continued to profess that they were optimistic. Basically we wasted 6 weeks while nothing really happened and they didnt sell our house.

Our service is designed to help sellers find a buyer through our network of investors as well as by marketing the property on major online portals. This process, and the fact that a sale cannot be guaranteed, is explained within our paperwork and terms at the start of the agreement.
Secondly, the timeline mentioned in your review is not entirely accurate. The marketing period was not six weeks. There was a delay at the beginning of the process while we waited for the marketing photographs to be provided, which meant the property could not be launched immediately. From the point of marketing going live, the property was actively marketed for approximately four weeks.
During that time we generated interest and arranged viewings with potential buyers. Unfortunately, after attending the viewings those parties chose not to proceed with an offer. While we always aim to secure a buyer for our clients, the final decision to purchase always sits with the buyer.
In relation to communication, we have reviewed our records and our call logs show 14 calls or attempted calls made by our team to both yourself and your daughter during the process to provide updates and discuss progress and 17 calls from your side.
We are sorry that a buyer was not secured during the marketing period, as this is always our goal. However, we believe the review does not fully reflect the circumstances or the work carried out during the process.
That said, we welcome all feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us continually review and improve our service. We wish you all the best with your property sale in the future.

Honest Experience

James Harrison - What a star!
I've been dealing with James at Mooved UK for the last few months, I can honestly say he has been amazing. I can be a little hard to get hold of at times, but he always calls back or leaves me a detailed voice mail - so I may call at my convenience.
He has gone above and beyond for me, and is a real credit to the company.

I want to give a huge shout out to Andrew Hegarty. He has been nothing but amazing with us. As first time buyers, we haven’t had the best luck with properties, but the difference between Mooved and other estate agents we’ve dealt with is honestly night and day Mooved is truly top tier.
They’re professional while still being friendly and approachable, and Andrew in particular is a real credit to the company. Throughout our buying journey, there were times when it genuinely felt like it was us and Andrew against the world. Having someone who truly has your back makes such a difference, especially when the buying process can be so tough. Andrew has gone above and beyond and even more so than our own solicitor, who we’re paying for!

Supportive and approachable agent
