Thank you to Lancer Gate Assistance company, I had a very traumatic collision with another vehicle today.

I was in shock over what had happened and was shaking like a leaf the howl time, if it wasn’t for the very supportive and kind “Kaitlyn” I would of been in shock the entire time.

Hello, Last year had an incident, contacted my insurance broker and the transefer me to Lancaster Gate Assistance. After picking up my bike and delivering first time a hired bike with flat battery they made a second attempt. Then the troubles started- they tried to write off my bike despite had a minor damages and it was still running. Offering me ,,market value'' validated by them which was not even close to a price of motorcycle same class and condition. This is easier for them instead of rearing the bikes so never do a business with them. One more thing-As per thaer phone assistants they are NOT DEALING with personal injuries which leaves you of dealing on your own!!!

I talked to Dan on the phone and he was really helpful, calling only a couple hours of submitting the claim and he was really professional and efficient. He helped guide me through the process of making a claim, as I am just an 18 year old that had their first motorcycle incident. Claim is still ongoing, but I've got my full trust in their team.

Had a dramatic accident on the road and Dan who I spoke with was very professional and helped me with starting the process, he is a credit to the team.
