I would highly recommend Humphries and Parks if you are looking for a new or used car. Richard made my decision very easy, whenever I had a question or problem he helped to solve my issues nothing was too much trouble.

Visited the site to view used vehicles, there was a god range. Spoke with Brad who was very patient while we bombarded him with hundreds of questions. He is the fist Car Salesman that I have come across that was not pushy. He is very knowledgeable and calm, especially as we changed our minds on cars and also asked for multiple payment option calculations.

Richard was extremely helpful. He kept me updated throughout and made sure the car was inspected and delivered in a great condition.

My car was placed here 20 weeks ago for warranty work. To this date I have only received 1 call from Daryll when I requested to speak to his Manager Soren. Still none the wiser to what the issue is with my car or when and if I will get it back. Promised a free MOT and service for being patient following week I called said he would do it for a reduction. Daryll has fobbed me off week after week and at 12 weeks I contacted KGM who are equally as back. I would not purchase a car from this garage if you want to use the warranty they offer - almost 6 mo the it’s been sat there 😡

The first thing Humphries and Parks got right for us was to have an excellent low mileage car for sale at a reasonable price. We live a five hour car journey away from their premises but from our initial contact by phone we judged it would be worth the time and effort to drive our part exchange vehicle down to Kent to do the deal. We were not disappointed.
Richard was a very pleasant guy to deal with and at no time did we feel pressured. We always prefer to deal with a family run business if at all possible and Humphries and Parks did not let us down.

We recently purchased a very low mileage ex mobility car from Humphries & Parks. We were very impressed with the help, service and understanding from proper "old school" Sales Executive Richard Stockwell who went out of his way to accommodate all our concerns regarding the purchase and our requirements. On the day of collection we took a train to the local station where Richard was waiting to collect us and take us back to the dealership. We must also state when recommending this dealership to everyone, that all staff appeared happy and friendly with a special mention to Kerry on reception

Contacted Humphries and Parks and spoke to Richard on the sales team regarding a Renault Captur they had for sale, I left a small reserve on the car and Richard sent me a in depth video inside and outside of the car which I was very pleased with, Richard was totally honest with his reviews orf the car and I decided to purchase the vehicle, I made an inquiry if they could also deliver the car to my home address which wasn't a problem either, I have contacted Richard by email a few times now and received a quick response to any questions I had. I have now taken delivery of the car today and we are overwhelmed with the quality of the vehicle and the service we have received from Richard and most importantly the price was amazing too. I've now over the past 6 or 7 years traded one vehicle back to H&P, and sold two cars to them. They are friendly, professional and I've found them to be fair with their valuations. I have had other on-line companies offer a figure and that then hasn't materialised. H&P have made their offer and funds have been transferred quickly.

I would always ask them for a valuation going forward and will be recommending them to family and friends to do the same if they want a smooth, hassle free way to part with a vehicle.
