Dont ever consider buying anything from this Site! Its a scam and they do everything they can do scam you put of money. Sadly my grandma fell for it. First of all the Product is the complete scam, its a chinese fan in a Box. Nothing more. 2nd, they charge you for products you didn't even buy. They upcharged her from one ac unit which she "bought" from 100$ to 600$. They added 3 "mini ac units" whatever that is, cooling spray, cooling tablets and 2 more acs. To be clear, she never clicked or ordered any of that. Furthermore she got charged an extra 360 $ on top of everything a week later because they had her paypal. So in total she is out of a 1000$. We are in contact with paypal right now. Don't make the same mistake and pay more attention to what your elders do on the web.

Stay safe and don't get scammed

It's a Chinese-made fan which does nothing to cool a room. The adverts are misleading and the reviews are fake. It is not an air-conditioning unit and simply cannot achieve cooing as it does not remove heat and dump it outside the room, which as any Physicist will tell you is vital to effective cooling. There's another product called Epicooler which exactly as fraudulent.
Save your money and avoid.

They claim to have 8,940 Verified Customer Reviews, but upon checking, they have only one negative review. Buyer beware!

Do not buy from this company. Their product is not what it claims to be. The product is called Coolizi Cooling Ace. You deal with a seller called ‘ChicCharm’.
The product was supposed to be like a portable air cooler but it does not perform as advertised. Their website and marketing materials state that the unit can “cool down any space in seconds” and “turn hot air into cool, refreshing air.” In reality, the unit functions as nothing more than a basic fan and provides no meaningful cooling whatsoever.
In addition, the battery life is completely unacceptable. The unit runs for just under one hour on a full charge, which is entirely inconsistent with how the product is marketed and renders it impractical for any real use. They advertise as being made in USA but in reality you are dealing with someone in Kowloon China! Their website looks legit but it’s fabricated lie.
I went through PayPal thankfully and was successful in my dispute in getting a refund albeit out of pocket for return postage of $40. Buyer beware ! I unfortunately wasn’t!
