Very positive & professional experience from when we purchased our Pergola to installation. Stuart & Kevin were fantastic onsite and took time to explain the Pergolas functions & aftercare.

Stewart and Mario were excellent and provided a professional service when they erected the pergola for both myself and my parents. I would highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience at the ploughing and purchased a few items to complement our new surroundings, the staff were more than helpful at all stage

Everything was excellent. We had a small issue when assembling the furniture but this was quickly rectified by the staff and everyone I spoke to was friendly & professional. Hopefully next year we get better weather to sit out & enjoy our new furniture set.

Euro Garden and Home went above and beyond to have our new garden furniture delivered just as we moved into our new house… lots of outdoor meals shared with family and friends in the sun ☀️

Bought garden furniture from here and the service was amazing. Ordered on a Tuesday and it was delivered by Friday. I absolutely love my furniture.

Although i purchased in jan 22 I did not have the furniture delivered until many months later as were moving into a new build house and the garden was not ready so when delivered they were stored safely in a garage and not taken out until the may 23 as you can clearly see by the wats app messages which clearly show pictures of the furniture in the original boxes and packaging in messages dated may 23! Also I would not think it is acceptable for outdoor furniture to discolour in direct sunlight as it should be made for the outdoor therefore should be made to sit in sunlight ! Which proves my point you are overpricing cheap crap! Not fit for purpose !Also I would not say you dealt with the issue promptly as I first reported the issue in may 23 and was offered replacement cushion covers in may 24 ! A year later ! I would also like to think that a furniture set at £1700 would last longer than 2 summers in Ireland where we rarely get sun !

We met the team at the Mallow garden show, from the off they were very helpful(Brian, Mario and team) when showing us a Pergola. We ordered one on the day, and this week it was installed. Mario and Stuart did a great job in installing, they were excellent at communicating the progress and answered all questions we had, we were very happy with their professionalism. Also a quick word of thanks to Nuala and Chantelle who were very helpful through the whole process. I would highly recommend Euro home and garden.
