Very slow reaction after contacting…
Very slow reaction after contacting you on a Friday, your engineer visited the following Monday and identified the cause of our hot water problem. Not hearing from you by Thursday, I phoned and was offered the following Tuesday to do the repair. As a Service holder I thought this very poor, and you eventually arranged a visit on Friday-but upset your engineers domestic arrangements.

Change of ownership
Following change of ownership our monthly premium had gone from £20 to £42! The cover was a also reduced and had so many exclusions. New customer can get cover for £39 per month. So no loyalty yo existing customers. Service was very poor, with delays to repairs and appointment times rarely met.

The work was done quickly, efficiently and tidily and everything left in good order.

Good plumbing and heating service
Active rescued us after we were let down by another plumber. They responded to our request very quickly and completed most of the work in a very reasonable timescale. Only let down by the toilet we bought from a well known diy store which was supplied without some essential fittings, but it took a little time to work that out and get a replacement. Would recommend Active to others and I am likely to use them again.
