We ordered bistro set (2 chairs and a table) waited 11 days for delivery. Huge heavy pallet dumped in our garden by courier company. Wrong table delivered. It has been sitting in our hallway for nearly 3 weeks now. Had to make contact several times and then took another 10 days to deliver correct one.

Wonderful garden furniture and delivery service again. Highly recommend!

Good quality product, but the delivery eventually arrived at 9.30pm after taking a days leave. Delivery guys were great, but I would have liked a heads up that the delivery was to be so late

Ordered the Monaco compact fire pit set and 2 loungers. Delighted with purchase. Ordered on a Sunday and they delivered them on the Wednesday to Donegal. . Super fast delivery and excellent customer service. Will defo be back

I got an eight seater garden furniture set last summer from Eurogarden and Home and from the start there was condensation accumulating under the glass on the table. After chasing them up they replaced the table only for the same thing to happen again. There is a membrane under the glass where water was sitting and made the furniture unfit for use outdoor. After lots of emails, calls and chasing - they wouldn't give me a full refund even though it was unusable. I eventually conceded to forfeiting a 10% restocking cost just to get rid of the furniture and ended up buying a far superior set from The Orchard in Celbridge (Bamblecrest) - while more expensive, it has been absolutely perfect and no condensation issues. I would not recommend buying your garden furniture from this company - it was a nightmare!!

From the moment we parked at the front of the showroom, I could see from the furniture on show outside the shop that this was the place where 'quality' was evident!!! Nuala and her colleague, (I humbly apologise, I've forgotten your name) !!!!, were so professional with their knowledge and advised us accordingly regarding our purchase, which was not 'in your face', as some sales people can be!!!!! Our Tuscany table, chairs, parasol and accessories arrived promptly within a couple of days. A totally drama free experience, would definitely recommend. !!!!!

Nuala was great at helping us pick out the right option and making all the arrangements for delivery around our schedules. Furniture looks great and feels like a premium product compared to my previous furniture.

Well what can I say from the first point of contact to delivery, it was very clear they were a very professional company. With a excellent quality product the whole experience was 5 Star .
