I installed this mesh filter as per instructions and the Spa alarm went off within 1 day saying filter was blocked!
I have cleaned it and put it back on the Lazy Spa, but it shouldn't need changing so quickly

We purchased this recently, we had to speak to customer services which was fantastic and resolved our enquiry within minutes of speaking to Mark.It is easy to assemble and the video showed how to work it. It is definitely our best buy so far this year. I can have long days in our hot tub. PERFECT!! I would definitely recommend this product and company.

Ordered the supa hot tub 3 week's ago. Got the hot tub set up and had fault in the base loosing air, got in touch and another one was sent out and received in 2 days. Unbelievable service. Support is excellent. As for the hot tub, its excellent, heating up from cold in less than an hour and reheating from warm in about 20 mins.
Forget lazy spa, Ive had them. They cost a fortune to run and take hours to heat up.

OMG what an amazing piece of kit , my initial purchase was for the SUPA HEATER which i used to heat my lay z spa, these supa heaters give a whole new meaning to next level high quality well engineered easy to setup hot tub heating which heats the water from cold to 40° in approx 1hr making them very cost effective, we then without fail sold my heater to purchase the new SUPA TUB which has its dedicated heater where it keeps a constant water temperature set by myself, the quality of the tub is of the highest level with its hard top and dedicated lifetime filter you won't find a better package without spending in excess of 10k and even the more expensive tubs don't keep water temperature at the preset level once you start using it, just to add to this amazing product the customer service from mark and shelley is also out of the top drawer always there to help no matter what time of day and their advice is a welcome addition to my whole experience from initial purchase to final setup and if i could give 10 stars i 100%would have , so if your in the market for the purchase of a new hot tub look no further than SUPA HEATER AND SUPA TUB

Fantastic piece of kit I’ve got a 5 seater hot tub and within the hour in mode 2 it filled and heated the water , when reheating the water a couple of days later in mode 1 it reheated the water in less than 30 mins , still getting used to using it as I’d set it to heat to 40 degrees but when filled up my hot tub said the water was at 38 degrees which don’t get me wrong is hot enough but what a brilliant unit going to save me loads of money so should pay for itself quicker than I thought highly recommended

Supaheater does exactly what it says in the advert. It heated my hot tub from cold in less than an hour. I then used a thermal cover overnight and the supaheater got the hot tub warm in even less time in the morning. A great product.

Supa heater is an excellent product, does exactly what it says on the tin! It's very well made and easy to assemble. Mark is so supportive probably the best customer service ever.

I'm not one to write reviews but after my experience with supa I couldn't help myself, I bought the supa hot tub which has been fantastic and really well made, the supa heater is an amazing bit of kit and really is as fast as they claim on the website, I had a minor issue and after an email I had a call from Mark and he sorted it out straight away. Customer service is second to none and the product itself is flawless!

Fantastic customer service on the end of the phone and via videos. Lid was damaged on receipt, they are sending a new one to replace it. Very easy to use once you get the hang of it. The speed of heating up the water is phenomenal!

Sadly I have had nothing but problems with the filter. I have been getting an error message ever single day since using it. I never got this before. I'm not sure if it is affecting the air flow but it keeps triggering the E02 error message. I've had to stop using it and will look to try and send it back for a refund.

The filter is made of very poor quality. The internal metal mesh broke the second time I've washed it and the water isn't much better clean that using normal Lay-Z-Spa filter. Huge disappointment.

The heater was dispatched very quickly, it was delayed a few days due to the festive period but that's not the fault of the supplier. I emailed them with a query and received a response very quickly.

Having unpacked the heater i found the instructions lacked definition in the pictures but still easy to follow and quite enjoyable - I'm weird like that! 😆

Putting the heater into use, it heated my 1500L hot tub from 10° to 40°C in a less than 2 hours.

I'm very pleased with this purchase, seems to be really well constructed and work extremely well. You get what you pay for!

Great hot tub, heater is a game changer heats up really quickly and keeps the temperature constant for as long as you want when you're in the tub the hot tub comfortably accommodates four people. Customer satisfaction is top of Mark the owners list and he is very helpful with an queries or questions, would definitely recommend.

Only rated as 4 star as not used yet. Construction looks solid though.

So I’ve had the superduper heater for some time now , it arrived complete and had to build the heater but it was quite quick and easy to do. No support calls needed. I was impressed by the time it took to heat my large 6 people hot tub, about 50 mins in mode one and it was cold outside the only think I noticed was it stopped at 39c but it just ran the heater in mode 2 to nudge the temp up rather than wait an hour for the electric heater. Quick to connect and store and comes with a cool cover as well. If you have a hot tub and want to use it on demand (by the wife) 10 mins to setup 50 mins to heat and your in. Definitely would recommend it if you’re a regular user .

Purchased my Supaheater in January for a Lazy-spa inflatable hot tub. Whilst some people might be looking at saving money, based on the way I use my hot tub which is usually once a week throughout the year weather permitting and I don't run the electric heater during the non-use period it will take a couple of years to recoup the cost so is it worth it?
Oh yes, with out a doubt it's more than worth it for the convenience. No longer do I have to turn my hot tub on on a Thursday night before bed in order to use it on Friday evening, assuming the weather plays ball on Friday.
With the supa heater I just pop the two hoses from the heater in to the hot tub, connect the gas (these are all push fit fixings so really easy to do) and in under an hour it has gone from 20 degrees to 39 degrees. No waiting, no worrying about the weather. Anytime my wife and I want to use the hot tub we can be in it in under an hour. We have already increased our hot tub use because of it. Honestly one of the best things I have bought (and 12 months interest free as well so didn't have to stump up the cash all in one go).
Cleaning the hot tub is also quicker as you can heat the water from scratch (about 8 degrees last time I cleaned it) and have it at 39% in an hour and 20 mins. Just get one, you won't regret it.
