Ordered a double egg swing arrived with mould on cushion overall egg swing seems in good condition as should for £599 but the service to replace it has been terrible. First they tried to replace with shop display and had signs of wear and hairs on it. Then I finally get something done to send me a new one as should for paying £599 but being messed about with delivery which should have been 9/10am and it’s 2pm still no show what an absolute joke of a service. Will not recommend to any friends or family badly managed. Also was told twice to pick up from the store even though I paid for delivery service lol

As soon as I entered the shop, the staff were welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in choice of garden furniture and advice on erecting the pavilion. They responded to any telephone queries I had following my order. The delivery and building of the pavilion was efficient and looks fantastic. I first came across Euro garden and home at the garden show Ireland 2024 and my friend bought furniture from them. I was so impressed with their service and quality of furniture that when I saw they had an offer on a swing chair I visited the showroom.
The chair was at a great price for it's quality and the delivery was easy as they kept me informed as to the timing.
I went back and bought a parasol and they were great at getting it from the warehouse so i could use it that day. Couldn't fault them. Very friendly efficient staff selling quality garden furniture.

Just bought a Tuscany L-Corner Firepit suite at the Mallow Garden Show. The service I received was absolutely fantastic. Brian and Chantelle couldn’t have been more helpful, they were able to answer all my questions and make sure I got the set that beat suited my garden. I would definitely recommend!
