Great service from start to finish. Very accommodating and helpful sales staff who helped to ensure we got the product that best suited our needs. The installation team of Stuart, Kevin and Mario were second to none. Even though the weather, for the installation/build, was awful the guys perservered with methodical percision to ensure as near perfecton as possible...very impressed! Highly recommend anyone who is thinking about a Pergola to reach out to this team to ensure peace of mind.

My husband and I have nothing but praise for this family run business. Everyone of the staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. We didn’t feel pressurised into buying but because of the above experience and patience shown towards us, we were very happy to purchase a dining set. A summer storm devastated the parasol and its base (it was some wind!). When the sun came out again, we needed a new one, urgently.
Searched online for local suppliers and found Eurogarden and Home, which we've driven past often enough. Found what we wanted and pondered how we'd manage to collect the stuff....then, oh joy, we discovered the online catalogue and the delivery service.
Problem solved!

Good communication from the retailers regarding delivery time and date.
The suite is easy to assemble , however a 2nd person is required to successfully fit the glass table top correctly.
Knocked off a star for the fire pit instructions - the print on this was faded and difficult to read.
Otherwise, completely satisfied with the quality of the suite, and would have no hesitationin buying from this retailer again .

Bought a little table and chairs. It was delivered quickly and is absolutely perfect.

Updated as eurogardens asked me to remove the first name of the person I spoke to from my review. Eurogardens have still not bothered yo try and contact me about my actual request though.
We bought a large Garden pavilion. The pavilion itself is mostly good. There was one issue with the pavilion (curtain cannot be hooked into specified hole and therefore curtains cannot be secured) that I have emailed euro garden and homes about several times over a couple of weeks, which they have fully ignored.
Prior to that, at time of delivery the pavilion was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday, which we confirmed over a phone call and took time off work to be home for.
On monday they said delivery would be on Thursday as they stated we hadn't confirmed the Tuesday delivery. The customer service rep just said I wasn't speaking to her when I confirmed the Tuesday and wasn't interested.
If we were to change the delivery date, eurohomeandgardens charge a 50Eur/GBP fee, but they can change whenever without apology.

We came across them in bloom 2025 and got a pavilion installed on our patio a few weeks later. Kevin and Stuart were very helpful and professional staying late in the evening until the job was done.

All who have sat beneath it have admired it. We thank Brian for a great product
